| dc.description.abstract | Κύριος σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η αναζήτηση των βασικών φρέσκων αγροτικών προϊόντων του πρωτογενούς τομέα, η αλληλεξάρτηση τους και οι δεσμοί που έχουν για τη διαμόρφωση της αλυσίδας προσφοράς στην Ελλάδα. Καταγράφετε η ανάλυση των επιδράσεων που έχουν στην αλυσίδα προσφοράς οι Εθνικές και Ευρωπαϊκές πολιτικές που αφορούν τον αγροτικό τομέα καθώς και οι απόψεις των καταναλωτών για ασφαλή προϊόντα διατροφής. Επιπλέον εστιάζουμε στην κατανόηση της δομής και διαχείρισης της αλυσίδας προσφοράς των βασικών αγροτικών προϊόντων και οι λόγοι διαφοροποίησης τους ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητα τους. Η μείωση του κόστους παραγωγής, η μικρή διάρκεια ζωής κάποιων αγροτικών προϊόντων, σε συνδυασμό με την ασφάλεια των τροφίμων δημιουργούν επιτακτική ανάγκη διαμόρφωσης και αναμόρφωσης στοιχείων της αλυσίδας προσφοράς και παρουσίασης ολοκληρωμένων προτάσεων. Επίσης προτείνεται ένα νέο μοντέλο αλυσίδας εφοδιασμού φρέσκων φρούτων και λαχανικών προσαρμοσμένο στα Ελληνικά δεδομένα. Στο τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα και κάποιες προτάσεις για περαιτέρω μελλοντική επεξεργασία. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The main goal of this master degree thesis is to seek and recognize the main fresh products of the primary agricultural sector, the interconnection between them and their bonds with Greece’s supply chain. An analysis of the effects of the National and European policies on the agricultural sector supply chain is been also undertaken, along with customer’s opinion regarding safe dietary products. In addition, we focus on the understanding of the structure and handling of the basic agricultural product supply chain and the associated reasons regarding differentiation and efficacy. The reduction of the production cost, the short lifetime of some agricultural products, in conjunction with the food safety, form an imperative need for reforming key structures of the supply chain and new proposals. Furthermore, a new model of supply chain of fresh fruits and vegetables is been demonstrated, adjusted of course according to the Greek needs. Finally, conclusions and some proposals are presented for further future study. | el_GR |
