| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διατριβή διερευνάται, μέσα από τον κοινοβουλευτικό λόγο, το φαινόμενο της συσπείρωσης γύρω από τη σημαία σε αντιδιαστολή με τη λογική της εκστρατείας κατά την περίοδο της πανδημικής κρίσης. Για τους σκοπούς της έρευνας, αναλύθηκαν τα εξής δύο αποσπάσματα των κοινοβουλευτικών συνεδριάσεων: πρώτο, τις 31 Μαρτίου 2020, όπου και διερευνήθηκε το φαινόμενο της συσπείρωσης γύρω από τη σημαία και δεύτερον τις 25 Αυγούστου 2020 όπου διερευνήθηκε η λογική της εκστρατείας.
Η έρευνα έδειξε πως στο ξέσπασμα της πανδημικής κρίσης το σύστημα πολιτικής επικοινωνίας λειτουργεί σε όρους συσπείρωσης γύρω από τη σημαία. Επηρεάζεται το περιεχόμενο του πολιτικού λόγου οδηγώντας σε χαμηλότερο επίπεδο διακομματικών αντιπαραθέσεων και ρητορικών επιθέσεων. Αυτό το αποτέλεσμα δίνει στην κυβέρνηση το προνόμιο να προωθήσει την αφήγησή της ενισχύοντας τη θέση της. Στην ύστερη φάση της κρίσης είτε η πρόσληψη του διακυβεύματος μειώνεται καθ’ εαυτή είτε μειώνεται η δυνατότητά της να ορίζει τις αντιδράσεις του κομματικού συστήματος με αποτέλεσμα το φαινόμενο της συσπείρωσης γύρω από τη σημαία να υποχωρεί και τη θέση του να λαμβάνει η λογική της εκστρατείας. Την περίοδο αυτή η κυβέρνηση παύει να απολαμβάνει τη συναίνεση των αντιπολιτευτικών κομμάτων και η θεματολογία της πανδημίας στον κοινοβουλευτικό λόγο κινείται στη σφαίρα της νομιμοποιημένης διαφωνίας. Υπάρχει έντονη κριτική προς την κυβέρνηση στο πεδίο των μέτρων που λαμβάνονται και την υλοποίηση τους. Οι στρατηγικές ανταγωνισμού, οι διακομματικές αντιπαραθέσεις και ο αρνητισμός είναι σε υψηλά επίπεδα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In this thesis, through parliamentary discourse, the phenomenon of rally round the flag is investigated in contrast to the campaign mode during the period of the pandemic crisis. For the purposes of the research, the following two extracts of the parliamentary sessions were analyzed: at first, on March 31, 2020, where the phenomenon of rally round the flag was explored, and secondly, on August 25, 2020, where the campaign mode was explored.
The research showed that during the outbreak of the pandemic crisis, the political communication system works in terms of rally round the flag. The content of political discourse is affected, leading to a lower level of cross-party confrontations and rhetorical attacks. This result gives the government the privilege to advance its narrative by strengthening its position. In the late phase of the crisis, either the reception of the stake decreases in itself or its ability to define the reactions of the party system, with the result that the phenomenon of rally round the flag recedes and the campaign mode takes its place. During this period, the government ceases to enjoy the consensus of the opposition parties and the topic of the pandemic in the parliamentary discourse moves into the realm of legitimate controversy. There is strong criticism of the government in terms of the measures taken and their implementation. Competitive strategies, cross-party confrontations and negativity are at a high level. | el_GR |
