| dc.description.abstract | Τα τελευταία χρόνια είναι διάχυτη η αίσθηση ότι συντελούνται βαθιές αλλαγές και τομές σε όλα τα επίπεδα της κοινωνικής εξέλιξης που επηρεάζουν όλες τις πλευρές της ανθρώπινης δραστηριότητας. Στο επίκεντρο αυτών των εξελίξεων βρίσκονται οι αλλαγές που συντελούνται στην οικονομική συνιστώσα της ανάπτυξης και επηρεάζουν και όλες τις άλλες παραμέτρους της: τη δημογραφική, την κοινωνική και την περιβαλλοντική. Οι αλλαγές αυτές διαφοροποιούν τις συνθήκες διαμόρφωσης της πορείας της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης και θέτουν το ζήτημα της βιωσιμότητάς της.
Στην εργασία αυτή πρόκειται να αναλυθεί η περιβαλλοντική βιωσιμότητα και η βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη όπως αυτές εφαρμόζονται σήμερα στα πλαίσια της εκβιομηχάνισης της οικονομίας. Αρχικά, το πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας χρησιμοποιείται για να εισάγει τους αναγνώστες στις βασικές έννοιες και να παρουσιάσει τη μεθοδολογία και το στόχο της μελέτης. Στη συνέχεια, το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας αναφέρεται στο φυσικό περιβάλλον και τη σχέση αυτού με την οικονομία. Μελετάται η συσχέτιση της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης και του περιβάλλοντος και οι συνέπειες που μπορεί να έχει η παραγωγή στο περιβάλλον. Στη συνέχεια, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας μελετώνται οι έννοιες της περιβαλλοντικής βιωσιμότητας αλλά και της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. Παρουσιάζεται το εννοιολογικό περιεχόμενο των ορισμών καθώς και γίνεται ταξινόμηση των θεωριών. Επίσης μελετώνται τα μοντέλα της ανάπτυξης σε σχέση με το περιβάλλον και παρουσιάζονται διαδικασίες ένταξης των περιβαλλοντικών στρατηγικών στα πλαίσια της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης.
Στη συνέχεια, το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας χρησιμοποιείται για να περιγράψει την διαχείριση των πολιτικών της περιβαλλοντικής βιωσιμότητας από την πλευρά των ανεπτυγμένων και των αναπτυσσόμενων χωρών. Στα πλαίσια της ενότητας αυτής μελετώνται οι πολιτικές που εφαρμόζουν οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής, η Κίνα και οι χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Τέλος, ολοκληρώνοντας την εργασία γίνεται αναφορά στην ενσωμάτωση των περιβαλλοντικών και οικονομικών πολιτικών στη λειτουργία των κρατών-μελών με ειδική αναφορά στην επιβολή συγκεκριμένων μέτρων για την επίτευξη της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In recent years there is a widespread sense that profound changes and cuts are being made at all levels of social evolution that affect all aspects of human activity. At the heart of these developments are the changes that take place in the economic component of development and affect all its other parameters: demographic, social and environmental. These changes alter the conditions of the course of economic growth and raise the question of its sustainability.
This paper will analyze the environmental sustainability and sustainable development as they are currently applied in the context of industrialization of the economy. Initially, the first chapter of the paper is used to introduce readers to the basic concepts and present the methodology and purpose of the study. The second chapter of the work then deals with the natural environment and its relation to the economy. It examines the relationship between economic development and the environment and the effects that production can have on the environment. Then, in the third chapter of the paper, the concepts of environmental sustainability and sustainable development are studied. The conceptual content of the definitions is presented as well as the theories are classified. The models of development in relation to the environment are also studied and procedures for integrating environmental strategies in the context of economic development are presented.
Next, the fourth chapter of this paper is used to describe the development and development countries' management of environmental sustainability policies. This section examines the policies implemented by the United States of America, China and the countries of the European Union. Finally, concluding the work, reference is made to the integration of environmental and economic policies into the functioning of Member States, with specific reference to the imposition of concrete measures to achieve sustainable development. | el_GR |
