| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η εξέταση συστημάτων ανταλλαγής χρόνου και υπηρεσιών, γνωστά διεθνώς με τον όρο «Time Banks». Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα μέρη. Συγκεκριμένα:
Στο πρώτο μέρος (κεφάλαιο 1) επιχειρείται μια πρώτη εισαγωγική παρουσίαση των αρχών του Time Banking και αξιολόγηση της λειτουργίας ενός τέτοιου εγχειρήματος σε κοινωνικό, οικονομικό και πολιτικό επίπεδο.
Στο δεύτερο μέρος (κεφάλαιο 2) παρουσιάζονται και αξιολογούνται υφιστάμενα εν λειτουργία συστήματα ανταλλαγής χρόνου.
Στο τρίτο μέρος (κεφάλαια 3 και 4) υλοποιείται η ανάλυση-σχεδίαση σε επίπεδο τεχνολογίας λογισμικού ενός τέτοιου συστήματος, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα πλεονεκτήματα και προτείνοντας βελτιώσεις των αδυναμιών των συστημάτων που εξετάστηκαν προηγουμένως.
Στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο μέρος (κεφάλαιο 5) γίνεται η υλοποίηση ενός web-based συστήματος ανταλλαγής χρόνου και υπηρεσιών με βάση την προηγηθείσα ανάλυση. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this M.Sc. dissertation is to examine exchanging time and services systems, internationally known by the term «Time Banks». The work is divided into four parts. Specifically:
In the first part (chapter 1) is attempted a first introductive presentation to the principles of Time Banking and the evaluation of the operation of such a venture in social, economic and political level.
In the second part (chapter 2) are presented and evaluated existing exchanging time systems.
In the third part (chapters 3 and 4) is materialized software analysis and designing in level of software technology of such systems, taking into consideration the advantages and proposing improvements of weaknesses of the systems that were examined previously.
In the fourth and last part (chapter 5) becomes the implementation of a web-based system of exchange of time and services with base the preceded analysis. | el_GR |
