| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή έχει στόχο το σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση μιας εφαρμογής στην πλατφόρμα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης Facebook για σκοπούς εκπαίδευσης μαθητών σε ύλη του σχολείου. Μετά την βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση και τη μελέτη εκπαιδευτικών μοντέλων, αποφασίστηκε ότι το καταλληλότερο μοντέλο για την ανάπτυξη της εκπαιδευτικής μας εφαρμογής είναι το διαλογικό μοντέλο της Laurillard γιατί υποστηρίζει καταστάσεις εκπαίδευσης.
Πριν το σχεδιασμό της εφαρμογής πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα στην οποία συμμετείχαν εκπαιδευτικοί και μαθητές γυμνασίου. Η συλλογή δεδομένων έγινε με τη χρήση ερωτηματολογίων (pre-questionnaire) που δόθηκαν στους συμμετέχοντες.
Στην συνέχεια λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, υλοποιήθηκε η εφαρμογή στην πλατφόρμα του Facebook, η οποία περιλαμβάνει ασκήσεις πολλαπλής επιλογής, ασκήσεις με εικόνες, αντιστοίχιση και σταυρόλεξα. Το κεφάλαιο «Κύρια και βοηθητική μνήμη» το οποίο διδάσκεται στο μάθημα της πληροφορικής σε όλες τις τάξεις γυμνασίου, επιλέγηκε να είναι το κεφάλαιο εξάσκησης των μαθητών.
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εφαρμογής πραγματοποιήθηκε αξιολόγησή της από καθηγητές πληροφορικής και μαθητές με την χρήση ερωτηματολογίων (post-questionnaire). Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι οι καθηγητές έχουν θετική στάση απέναντι στην εφαρμογή που τους προτείνουμε. Η πλειοψηφία των καθηγητών βρήκε την εφαρμογή εύκολη στην χρήση και τις ασκήσεις κατάλληλες για την εκπαίδευση των μαθητών. Από την άλλη, η πλειοψηφία των μαθητών κατάφερε να ολοκληρώσει έστω μία ερώτηση από κάθε είδος άσκησης και έδειξαν να είναι θετικοί ως προς τη χρήση της εφαρμογής μελλοντικά για εξάσκηση σε κάποιο μάθημα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The current master thesis has the goal of designing and implementing an application on the social network platform Facebook with the intension of teaching students based on the school curriculum. Following the literature review and the study of educational models, the decision was made that the most appropriate models for our educational application is the Laurillard Conversational Model because, it support educational situations.
Prior to the design of the application, research was conducted, in which both secondary school teachers and students took part. Data collection was done by means of a pre-questionnaire that was giving to the participants.
In continuation the results of the research was taken into account, the application was implemented within the Facebook platform, which includes multiple choice exercises, pictures exercises, matching exercises and crossword puzzles. The Chapter “Main and secondary memory” which is taught as part of Information and Communication Technology in all three grades of secondary school, was selected as the chapter to be used for practice by the students.
With the conclusion of the applications’ implementation, assessment was obtained be means of post-questionnaire given to students and teachers. Results showed that teachers had a positive reaction to the suggested application. The majority of teachers found the application easy to use and the exercise suitable for teaching students. On the other hand, the majority of students were able to complete at least one question of each type of exercise and showed a positive reaction to utilizing the application in the future for practice. | el_GR |
