| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής αποτελεί: α) η διερεύνηση υπαρχόντων συστημάτων υποστήριξης πρόσληψης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, β) έρευνα σε κυπριακές επιχειρήσεις για την μεθοδολογία και τα εργαλεία που χρησιμοποιούν για πρόσληψη προσωπικού, γ) ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση στοιχείων έρευνας, δ) σχεδιασμός νέου συστήματος το οποίο μπορεί να υποστηρίζει την διαδικασία πρόσληψης και να μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί απο Κυπριακές Επιχειρήσεις, ε) και η υλοποίηση του νέου Συστήματος Υποστήριξης Πρόσληψης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού. | dc.description.translatedabstract | Objective of this master thesis is: a) to investigate existing System Support Recruitment Human Resources, b) Research in Cypriot companies for the methodology and the tools used to recruit staff, c) analyze and evaluate research data, d) design of a new system that can support the recruitment process and can be used by Cyprus Business, e) and the implementation of a new System Support Recruitment Human Resources. The System Support Recruitment Human Resources developed is parameterized so that each company can adapt to the needs of any business.
The first chapter is a reference to the procedure to be followed by a business in order to achieve the proper intake of manpower. The second chapter presents both the Cypriot and foreign market for the use or not of the first part of the recruitment process, which is the CV. In the third chapter with the help of questionnaires consider whether it is in paper or electronic form and if companies or organizations have their own automated system. Also through the answers and conclude the usefulness of an automated system for saving time and money for companies and organizations. In the fourth chapter, the necessary fields to be located in the fixed part of the resume, the factors that influence these choices and how and methodology thought the employer to make the best hiring based on determining the profile of the position which launches the uptake appealing message to accompany the CV and how to attract candidates. The option has to do with the completeness of the foregoing. Finally in the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth chapters specifications, system design, presented the final system, the advantages and capabilities of System Support Recruitment Human Resources. | el_GR |
