dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to derive a blueprint strategy for organizations that want to transition to the Agile Project Management methodology. It examines and rates ways that management can bring about this organizational change in order to achieve optimum results. It also examines the results of the change, in order to effectively evaluate and rate the Agile Methodology as opposed to the Waterfall methodology. Data was gathered using (1) semi structured interviews of key people directly involved in the transition from Waterfall to Agile, and (2) online questionnaires of people involved in such a transition.el_GR
