| dc.description.abstract | Το περιβάλλον είναι ένας απαραίτητος χώρος για την επιβίωση του ανθρώπου. Η εκμετάλλευση και διαχείριση των πόρων που απορρέουν από αυτό με σκοπό την ικανοποίηση των ανθρώπινων αναγκών και επιθυμιών είναι απαραίτητο να γίνονται με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να εξασφαλίζουν ασφάλεια στο παρόν αλλά και στο μέλλον. Η βιωσιμότητα είναι η νέα αξία που προστέθηκε στην αξιολόγηση της κάθε ανθρώπινης δραστηριότητας με στόχο να εξασφαλιστεί η ασφαλής πορεία του ανθρώπινου είδους και μελετάτε σε κάθε επίπεδο εφαρμογής: άνθρωπός, κοινωνία, επιχείρηση ή οργανισμός. Οι δραστηριότητες των επιχειρήσεων στρέφονται στον βιώσιμο προσανατολισμό τα τελευταία χρόνια. Την πορεία αυτή την ενισχύει και ο Οργανισμός Ηνωμένων Εθνών μέσω του προγράμματος βιωσιμότητας «Ατζέντα 2030». Οι επιχειρήσεις αξιολογούνται και κρίνονται για τις ενέργειες τους σε οπουδήποτε στάδιο λειτουργίας τους. Στόχος της συγκεκριμένης διατριβής είναι να μελετηθεί ο τρόπος βιώσιμης ηγεσίας και πως αυτό μπορεί να επιτευχθεί ώστε να εξασφαλίσει την υγιή ύπαρξη του οργανισμού και του αντικτύπου της. Επιπλέον, μελετώνται τέσσερις κορυφαίες ελληνικές εταιρίες με βάση τον βιώσιμο προσανατολισμό τους και αναλύονται οι ενέργειες που πραγματοποιούν και ποιους συγκεκριμένους στόχους βιωσιμότητας καλύπτουν. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η έρευνα η οποία αναδεικνύει την άποψη των εργαζομένων εταιρειών σε σχέση με τις ενέργειες που γίνονται από τις εταιρείες στις οποίες απασχολούνται βασισμένες στην βιωσιμότητα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The environment is a necessary space for human survival. The exploitation and management of the resources derived from it for the purpose of satisfying human needs and desires must be done in such a way as to ensure security in the present as well as in the future. Sustainability is the new value added to the evaluation of every human activity with the aim of ensuring the safe course of the human species and is studied at every level: man, society, business or organization. The activities of businesses are turning towards a sustainable orientation in recent years. This course is also supported by the United Nations through the "Agenda 2030" sustainability program. Businesses are evaluated and judged for their actions at any stage of their operation. The aim of this thesis is to study the way of sustainable leadership and how this can be achieved to ensure the healthy existence of the organization and its impact. In addition, four leading Greek companies are studied based on their sustainable orientation and the actions they carry out and which specific sustainability goals they cover are analyzed. Finally, the research is presented which highlights the point of view of company employees in relation to the actions taken by the companies in which they are employed based on sustainability. | el_GR |
