| dc.description.abstract | Η παρακάτω μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή έχει ως στόχο να αναπτύξει και να παρουσιάσει την γενική εικόνα της εξ αποστάσεως εργασίας και εργασίας από το σπίτι στην Κύπρο συγκεκριμένα, στην εποχή του COVID-19, μίας πανδημίας που ταλανίζει μέχρι και σήμερα όλη την ανθρωπότητα. Όλες οι αλλαγές που συνέβησαν σε αυτό το μεταβατικό στάδιο της αλλαγής από την εργασία στο γραφείο στην εργασία στο σπίτι θα παρουσιαστούν σε αυτή την μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή. Σκοπός είναι να εξετάσουμε και την πλευρά των εργαζομένων αλλά και την πλευρά των ιδίων των εταιρειών. Για την έρευνα χρησιμοποιήθηκαν δύο μέθοδοι, η ποσοτική μέθοδος μέσω διαδικτυακών ερωτηματολόγιων, που απαντήθηκαν από εκατό είκοσι πέντε εργαζομένους της Κύπρου. Επιπλέον, χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ποιοτική μέθοδος, μέσω συνεντεύξεων με εκπροσώπους εταιρειών στην Κύπρο. Με τα ευρήματα μας είχαμε σημαντικά αποτελέσματα για την εξ αποστάσεως εργασία στην Κύπρο με γενικά μία καλή εικόνα του φαινομένου να βγαίνει προς τα έξω. Με το πέρας της έρευνας καταφέραμε να απαντήσουμε σε όλα τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που θέσαμε στην αρχή της έρευνας μας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The following postgraduate dissertation aims to develop and present the general picture of distance working and working from home in specifically Cyprus, in the era of COVID- 19, a pandemic that plagues all of humanity until this day. All changes that occurred during this transitional phase from work to office to work at home will be presented in this postgraduate dissertation. The purpose is to examine both the employee side and the companies themselves. Two methods were used for the research, the quantitative method through online questionnaires, which were answered by one hundred and twenty-five employees in Cyprus. In addition, the qualitative method was used, through interviews with company representatives in Cyprus. With our findings we had significant results for distance work in Cyprus with a generally good picture of the phenomenon coming out. At the end of the research, we were able to answer all the research questions we asked at the beginning of our research. | el_GR |
