| dc.description.abstract | Τα νέα κατασκευαστικά έργα στην Κύπρο παρέχουν πολύτιμες επενδυτικές ευκαιρίες σε αυτόν τον μεσογειακό προορισμό, καθώς επεκτείνει τις ποικίλες βιομηχανίες της και συνεχίζει να ανταμείβει τους επενδυτές. Η ανάγκη μελέτης και εκπόνησης επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων (business plan) για νέες επιχείρησης και ειδικότερα σε ένα από τους πιο ανταγωνιστικούς κλάδους της Κύπρου είναι επιτακτική, προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί η βιωσιμότητα τους.
Ένα επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο περιλαμβάνει τη διαμόρφωση των στρατηγικών της επιχείρησης, δηλαδή το όραμα και την αποστολή της, τους στόχους της, τις πολιτικές που θα τη διακρίνουν και τις στρατηγικές που θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσει.
Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία θα μελετηθεί η ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου για μια νέα εταιρία που δραστηριοποιείται στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο της Κύπρου. Η ανάπτυξη του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου αφορά την εταιρεία Stephanou Engineering and Builders. Πρόκειται για μια επιχείρηση που αναλαμβάνει μικρό μεσαίου μεγέθους κατασκευαστικά έργα, τόσο δημόσια όσο και ιδιωτικά.
Συγκεκριμένα, θα αναλυθεί το γενικό περιβάλλον της προτεινόμενης νέας επιχείρησης, και οι προτεινόμενες παροχές υπηρεσιών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί έρευνα αγοράς για να απαντηθούν ερωτήματα σχετικά με τη ζήτηση, ανταγωνισμό, προφίλ πελατών και για εργαλεία και δραστηριότητες μάρκετινγκ. Ακόμη, θα αναπτυχθούν στρατηγικές τμηματοποίησης, στόχευσης και τοποθέτησης, καθώς θα αναλυθεί η βιωσιμότητα της προτεινόμενης ιδέας και θα γίνει σχέδιο δράσης. | el_GR |

In this dissertation we will study the development of a business plan for a new company operating in the construction industry of Cyprus. The development of the business plan concerns the company Stephanou Engineering and Builders. It is a company that undertakes small to medium-sized construction projects, both public and private.
Specifically, the general environment of the proposed new business will be analyzed, and the proposed services provided, market research will be conducted to answer questions about demand, competition, customer profiles and marketing tools and activities.
