dc.description.abstractThe goal of this study is to identify and assess the motivation level of “Team A” employees of ‘University X’, to compare the results with the existing theoretical framework and to provide suggestions on how to enhance it, in order to increase work performance. A case study strategy was selected, and the qualitative and quantitative data were collected via a survey of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis confirmed the examined theories on motivation, job satisfaction and work performance.el_GR
