| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή διερευνά έννοιες γύρω από το τοποειδικό πεδίο στην τέχνη (παραστατικές και επιτελεστικές τέχνες), με έμφαση στην περιπατητική καλλιτεχνική πρακτική - διαμέσω θεωρητικής ανασκόπησης, εμπειρικής έρευνας και πρακτικού πειραματισμού. Εκκινώντας από μια ευρύτερη ιστορική θεωρητική αναδρομή, η διερεύνηση έπειτα επικεντρώνεται στο παράδειγμα της Αθήνας, εξετάζοντας δειγματοληπτικά μελέτες περιπτώσεων. Κατόπιν, η διατριβή αναλύει και καταγράφει την πορεία προς την υλοποίηση και την τελική καταγραφή δύο audioguide περιπατητικών, τοποειδικών επιτέλεσεων στo αστικό τοπίο της Αθήνας με 17 ενδιάμεσα σημεία- σταθμούς. To project υλοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο εργαστηρίων performance του Εθνικού Θεάτρου.
Πιο αναλυτικά, στο θεωρητικό μέρος της παρούσας εργασίας διερευνάται διεπιστημονικά η διάκριση τόπος- χώρος και το τοποειδικό στοιχείο στη καλλιτεχνική δημιουργία με συναφή παράθεση όρων, η περιπατητική δράση ως ερέθισμα, εμπειρία και καλλιτεχνικό γεγονός στο αστικό και μη πεδίο, καθώς και οι κοινωνικοπολιτικές προεκτάσεις καλλιτεχνικών συμβάντων στη δημόσια σφαίρα. Ως προς τη μεθοδολογία, το θεωρητικό μέρος περιλαμβάνει ανασκόπηση και ανίχνευση του θεωρητικού πλαισίου μέσω βιβλιογραφικής έρευνας και έρευνας αρχείου.
Το εμπειρικό σκέλος της εργασίας ξεκινά με μία επιλεκτική αναφορά και σύντομη περιγραφή τοποειδικών παραστάσεων και επιτελέσεων στην Αθήνα (2009 κ.ε.). Η εμπειρική εφαρμογή περιλαμβάνει έρευνα πεδίου και εργαστηριακή προπαρασκευή performers για επιτελέσεις στο δημόσιο χώρο της πόλης με βιωματικά εργαστήρια (studio, webinars και στον εξωτερικό χώρο της πόλης), τη χαρτογράφηση μιας συλλογικής, περιπατητικής διαδρομής και τη πραγμάτωση επιτελεστικών δράσεων στο αστικό τοπίο της Αθήνας με ερέθισμα το λογοτεχνικό κείμενο Αόρατες Πόλεις του Ίταλο Καλβίνο. Το project (Ιουνίος 2020) The Invisible Cities: Athens συνίσταται σε δύο διαδρομές με τη συμμετοχή 20 performers και συμμετοχικού κοινού.
Η παρούσα εργασία θα επιχειρήσει να καταγράψει την ενεργοποίηση της επιτελεστικότητας, την εξοικείωση των καλλιτεχνών με το τοποειδικό στοιχείο στο δημόσιο χώρο, την έρευνα γύρω από μελέτες περιπτώσεων επιτελεστικών δράσεων στο αστικό πεδίο, καθώς και την καταγραφή του τελικού project Invisible Cities: Αthens σε 17 σημεία σταθμούς (Πλ. Κλαυθμώνος ως και Λυκαβηττός). Ως προς τη μεθοδολογία, η επιτόπια έρευνα πεδίου περιλαμβάνει την αναζήτηση της διαδρομής και των σημείων- σταθμών ειδικού ενδιαφέροντος για την δημιουργία και ανάδειξη επιτελεστικών δράσεων και τη χαρτογράφηση της διαδρομής διαμέσω ψυχογεωγραφικών ασκήσεων. Τέλος, η μεθοδολογία καταγραφής του project περιλαμβάνει την καταγραφή ηχογραφήσεων, φωτογραφιών και video υλικού. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This postgraduate thesis researches concepts and ideas around the site specific field in art (performance and theatre), with an emphasis on walking artistic practice - through theoretical review, empirical research and practical experimentation. Starting from a broader historical theoretical background, the investigation then focuses on the example of Athens, examining sample case studies. Then, the thesis analyzes and records the progress towards the implementation and the final recording of two audioguide walking, site specific performances in the urban landscape of Athens with 17 intermediate points-stations. The project was realized in the framework of performance workshops of the National Theater of Greece.
Αnalytically, the theoretical part of the present thesis investigates the distinction place-space, the site specific basis during the artistic creation, the walking action as a stimulus, experience and artistic event in the urban and non-urban field, as well as the socio-political extensions of artistic performances in the public sphere. In terms of methodology, the theoretical part includes a review and detection of the theoretical framework through bibliographic and archive research. The empirical part of the work begins with a selective report and a brief description of site- specific performances in Athens (2009 et seq.). The empirical part of the thesis includes field research and laboratory preparation of performers for performances in the urban public space , based in experiential workshops (studios, webinars and walkshops in the city), the mapping of a collective, walking route and the execution of performances in the urban landscape of Athens. One of the basic stimuli of the performance was the literary text Invisible Cities of Italy Calvino.
The project (June 2020) The Invisible Cities: Athens included two audioguideroutes with the participation of 20 performers and the immersive interaction with the audience. The present thesis will attempt to record the activation of performative means, the acquaintance of artists with local elements in the public space, the research around case studies of performances in the urban field of Athens, as well as the recording of the final project Invisible Cities: Athens at 17 station points (Klafthmonos Square to Lycabettus Hill). In terms of methodology, field research includes the mapping of the collective route through psychogeographical exercises and the selection of specific locations for the development of performances Finally, the project’s methodology includes the documentation of recordings, photos and video material. | el_GR |
