| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής είναι η ανάλυση επιχείρησης και συγκεκριμένα της Αλταμίρας Κύπρου (θυγατρική της Αλταμίρας Ισπανίας ). Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν δεδομένα μέσα από διάφορα άρθρα, συνεντεύξεις στελεχών της στα ΜΜΕ, οικονομικές καταστάσεις από την χρονιά προέλευσης της Altamiras / Αλταμίρας στην Κύπρο. Αναλύθηκαν γεγονότα μέσα από ερχομό της Αλταμίρας στην Κύπρο που ανέλαβε τα μη εξυπηρετούμενα δάνεια του πρώην συνεργατισμού και νυν Κεδιπές και στην συνέχεια χαρτοφυλάκιο της Alpha Bank και της Εθνικής Τράπεζας Ελλάδος (Κύπρου). Μιλάμε για μια εταιρεία όπου μέσα από το ευρύ φάσμα των μη εξυπηρετούμενων δα-νείων κατάληξε σήμερα να έχει ένα μεγάλο τμήμα ακινήτων που τα διοχετεύει στην Κυπριακή αγο-ρά μέσα από τις πωλήσεις ακινήτων τόσο σε ιδιώτες όσο και σε μεγάλες ιδιωτικές εταιρείες ακινή-των που ασχολούνται καθαρά με επενδύσεις ακινήτων. Βασικός στόχος της η μείωση των μη εξυ-πηρετούμενων δανείων μειώνοντας σημαντικά μεγάλο όγκο τους κάθε χρόνο. Με την ιδεολογία της Αλταμίρας που ξεκίνησε από την Ισπανία (μητρική εταιρεία) επεκτάθηκε και εγκαταστάθηκε και στη Κυπριακή αγορά έχοντας την πρώτη θέση σήμερα στην Κύπρο ως εταιρεία που ασχολείται με την επένδυση ακινήτων αφήνοντας στο πέρασμα της μέχρι σήμερα αρκετά θετικά σχόλια για την οικο-νομία της Κύπρου. Η Αλταμίρα ήρθε στην Κύπρο με κυρίαρχο σκοπό να εδραιωθεί και να αποτε-λέσει την σημαντικότητα της στο οικονομικό τομέα επιτυγχάνοντας την αύξηση του πελατολογίου της έχοντας πίσω της πολλές ισχυρές δυνάμεις στήριξης, θυγατρικές εταιρείες και την κυρία έδρα της την Αλταμίρα Ισπανίας όπου έχουν άμεση και καθημερινή επαφή και ενημέρωση με το προσω-πικό της στην Κύπρο. Η τεχνολογία αναπτύχθηκε από την Αλταμίρα Ισπανίας στη βάση της εξειδί-κευσης και εμπειρίας που απέκτησε μέσα από την διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίων στη Νότια Ευρώπη τα τελευταία 7 έτη. Σήμερα η Altamira Real Estate κατάφερε να έχει πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο στην αγορά ακινήτων και να διεκδικεί τον πρωταρχικό ρόλο σε ότι αφορά τα ακίνητα της Κύπρου από το χαμηλό επίπεδο τιμών ακινήτων μέχρι πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο τιμών ακινήτων.
Είναι μια εταιρεία που λειτουργεί με την ιδεολογία μιας πολυεθνικής εταιρείας όπου έλειπε από τα κυπριακά δεδομένα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this postgraduate dissertation is the business analysis, namely the Cyprus Altamira (subsidiary of Altamira Spain). Data was used through various articles, interviews of executives in SMEs, financial statements from the year of origin of Altamiras / Altamira in Cyprus. Events were analyzed through the coming of the Altamira in Cyprus that undertook the non-performing loans of former collaboration and current candles and then portfolio of Alpha Bank and National Bank of Greece (Cyprus). With the ideology of Altamira, which began from Spain (parent company) expanded and settled in the Cypriot market, having the first place today in Cy-prus as a company dealing with the investment of real estate leaving in the passage fairly positive comments on the economy of Cyprus. Altamira came to Cyprus with a predominant purpose of es-tablishing and constituting its importance in the economic sector, achieving the increase in its clien-tele, having back to many powerful support forces, subsidiaries and its headquarters of Altamira Spain where they have direct and daily Contact and briefing with its staff in Cyprus. Technology was developed by Altamira Spain on the basis of the expertise and experience it has acquired through the management of portfolios in southern Europe in the last 7 years. Today, Altamira Real Estate managed to have a leading role in the A-moving market and to claim the primary role in terms of Cyprus's real estate from low property price level to a very high level of real estate prices.
