| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η διοίκηση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού στη σύγχρονη επιχείρηση. Έμφαση δίνεται στις λειτουργίες διαχείρισης στον τραπεζικό τομέα της Κύπρου μελετώντας τέσσερα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα και πως οι λειτουργίες αυτές βρίσκουν εφαρμογή.
Ξεκινώντας γίνεται αναφορά και ανάλυση των βασικών εννοιών και στο θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο που σχετίζεται με τη διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού. Δίνεται ο ορισμός της διοίκησης ανθρώπινων πόρων, καθορίζονται οι λειτουργίες και οι στόχοι. Στη συνέχεια στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο μελετώνται και αναλύονται οι αρμοδιότητες της διαχείρισης των ανθρώπινων πόρων. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, μελετάται η διαδικασία του προγραμματισμού, της ανάλυσης και του σχεδιασμού θέσης εργασίας, της προσέλκυσης και επιλογής των υποψηφίων, αναλύεται η εκπαίδευση και η αξιολόγηση και τέλος περιγράφονται τα συστήματα αμοιβών.
Στο τρίτο και τέταρτο κεφάλαιο καθώς το βασικό αντικείμενο μελέτης της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί ο τραπεζικός κλάδος, διερευνάται και μελετάται ο τρόπος με τον οποίο οι παραπάνω λειτουργίες βρίσκουν εφαρμογή στους τραπεζικούς οργανισμούς στην Κύπρο. Γίνεται ανάλυση και περιγραφή των αρμοδιοτήτων της διοίκησης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και μέσω της μελέτης περίπτωσης εξετάζεται πως αυτές εφαρμόζονται τόσο σε εγχώριες όσο και σε θυγατρικές διεθνών τραπεζών που έχουν την παρουσία τους στην Κύπρο. Συγκεκριμένα μελετάται η περίπτωση της Ελληνικής Τράπεζας, της Τράπεζας Κύπρου όπως επίσης και η περίπτωση της Eurobank Κύπρου και της Alpha Bank Κύπρου.
Τέλος ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The subject of this diploma thesis is the management of human resources in Modern Business. Emphasis is placed on the management functions in the banking sector of Cyprus by studying four banking institutions and how these functions are currently applied.
To begin with, reference and analysis of the basic concepts are made to the theoretical background related to human resource management. For this reason, the definition of human resource management is given, functions and objectives are defined.
Chapter 2 analyzes the responsibilities of human resource management. More specifically, the process of job planning is analyzing, as far as the job description, the recruitment and selection, training, education, and development are analyzed and finally the remuneration systems are described.
In the third and fourth chapter, as the main object of study of this dissertation is the banking sector, the way in which the above functions are applied to banking organizations in Cyprus is investigated and studied. An analysis and description of the responsibilities of the human resources management is made and through the case study it is examined how they are applied to both domestic banks and subsidiaries of international banks that have their presence in Cyprus. Specifically, the case of Hellenic Bank, the Bank of Cyprus is being studied, as well as the case of Eurobank Cyprus and Alpha Bank Cyprus.
