| dc.description.abstract | Στις μέρες μας είναι όλο και πιο σημαντικό για τις επιχειρήσεις, να αντιληφθούν γρήγορα και έγκυρα την αποτελεσματικότητα της χρήσης τεχνολογιών. Η τεχνολογία εξελίσσεται συνεχώς αναπτύσσοντας νέες και καινοτόμες εφαρμογές. Έτσι και οι επιχειρήσεις πρέπει να συμβαδίζουν με τις αλλαγές, μιας και η επιτυχία τους εξαρτάται σε μεγάλο βαθμό από την εφαρμογή των νέων τεχνολογιών.
Στόχος της μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής που ακολουθεί, είναι να ερευνήσει τα αποτελέσματα της χρήσης των νέων τεχνολογιών στις επιχειρήσεις. Να αξιολογήσει επίσης τις συνέπειες της τεχνολογίας, αλλά και να αναδείξει τις ευκαιρίες που παρουσιάζονται, στο συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενο επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον.
Για να επιτευχθούν οι παραπάνω στόχοι, χρησιμοποιήθηκε ημι-δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο αποτελούμενο από 29 ερωτήσεις, ανοικτού τύπου. Δόθηκε προς απάντηση σε δύο υπεύθυνες και τέσσερις εργαζόμενους, μιας μικρομεσαίας επιχείρησης στον χώρο της ένδυσης. Για την ανάλυση των δεδομένων ακολουθήθηκε μία θετικιστική προσέγγιση, αξιοποιώντας σαν βάση το μοντέλο των Goleman-Boyatzis. Μέσω της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης εξετάστηκε ακόμη και κατά πόσο ο ανθρώπινος παράγοντας, είναι ικανός να βοηθήσει την είσοδο των νέων τεχνολογιών στις επιχειρήσεις.
Τέλος, από την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων προέκυψε ότι η επιχείρηση έχει ενισχυθεί σημαντικά από την χρήση της νέας τεχνολογίας, σε βαθμό τέτοιο ώστε πλέον να μπορεί να ανταγωνίζεται άλλες μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου της. Φάνηκε ότι υπάρχουν προοπτικές εξέλιξης των ήδη υφιστάμενων τεχνολογιών και επιθυμία από την επιχείρηση να αναπτυχθεί, με την χρήση ακόμη περισσότερων νέων εφαρμογών τεχνολογίας. Η επιχείρηση αύξησε τα κέρδη της και τον όγκο της δουλειάς της, γι’ αυτό προσέλαβε νέο, εκπαιδευμένο και καταρτισμένο προσωπικό. Τα δεδομένα έτσι, επιβεβαίωσαν το ζητούμενο της έρευνας. Η τεχνολογία πραγματικά δημιουργεί νέες ευκαιρίες αλλά και ταυτόχρονα νέες προκλήσεις για το μέλλον. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | Nowadays, it is crucial for enterprises to realise the importance and effectiveness of the use of technology in their businesses. The continuous development and evolvement of technology has initiated the creation of various innovating applications. Thus, enterprises need to keep up with current developments, since it is a vital factor in order for them to be successful and their profits are closely associated with their using of the new technologies.
The aim of this study is to explore and present the results of the application of the new technologies in enterprises. Furthermore, in the current study, it is aimed to evaluate the consequences and highlight the oncoming opportunities presented in a continuously developing business environment.
Upon completion of these aims, a semi-structured questionnaire consisted of 29 open-ended questions was used. The questionnaire was distributed to 2 managers and 4 employees of a SMB (small and medium-sized business) in the field of retail clothing. A positivist approach based on Goleman-Boyatzis model, was followed in order to analyse the data collected. By using emotional intelligence, it has been feasible to confer whether the human factor is able to assist in introducing these new technologies in enterprises.
Concluding, after analyzing all the data collected, it has been inferred that the enterprise has been highly benefited after the application of new technologies, in such an important degree, qualifying it to compete with bigger enterprises of the same field. It has become clear that there is a high possibility of further development of the technology already used by the enterprise, as well as the willingness on the enterprise’s part to develop even more, by the use of new technological applications. There was an important rise on both the profits and the workload of the enterprise, resulting in its employing new, trained personnel. Thus, the aim of this research was confirmed with the data. Technology can indeed create new opportunities, but at the same time it causes great challenges regarding the future. | el_GR |
