| dc.description.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία σχετίζεται με την μελέτη της οργάνωσης των επιχειρήσεων με σκοπό την ανάδειξη της σημαντικότητας της. Εστιάζει στην μελέτη των μοντέλων οργάνωσης που έχουν δημιουργηθεί και καταγραφεί στην βιβλιογραφία. Με την εν λόγω εργασία θα επιχειρήσουμε να μελετήσουμε τον τρόπο οργάνωσης σύγχρονων επιχειρήσεων που δραστηριοποιούνται σε εγχώριο και διεθνές επίπεδο και να αναδείξουμε ένα ιδανικό μοντέλο οργάνωσης που ανταποκρίνεται στις σύγχρονες απαιτήσεις.
Το παρών σύγγραμμα χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα κύρια τμήματα τα οποία αναλύονται ως εξής:
Στο πρώτο τμήμα (κεφάλαιο 1 και 2), αναλύονται οι έννοιες της επιχείρησης και της οργάνωσης των επιχειρήσεων, επεξηγούνται οι αρχές της, οι σκοπούς της και γενικότερα γίνεται προσπάθεια να επεξηγηθεί πλήρως την έννοια της οργάνωσης.
Στο δεύτερο τμήμα (κεφάλαιο 3) αναλύονται τα μοντέλα οργάνωσης επιχειρήσεων που συναντώνται συχνότερα στην βιβλιογραφία και παρουσιάζονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα του κάθε μοντέλου.
Στο τρίτο τμήμα (κεφάλαιο 4 και 5) παρουσιάζεται μία θεωρητική μελέτη επιχειρήσεων που έχουμε επιλέξει και εδρέουν στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό ώστε να παρουσιαστεί ο τρόπος με τον οποίο επιτυγχάνεται πρακτικά η οργάνωση στην σύγχρονη οικονομία.
Στο τέταρτο τμήμα (κεφάλαιο 6 και 7) παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματά μας και ένα μοντέλο οργάνωσης που θα μπορούσε να αποδειχτεί ιδανικό για την λειτουργία οποιασδήποτε επιχείρησης. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The thesis is related to the study of business organization in order to highlight its importance. It focuses on the study of organization models that have been created and recorded in literature. With this thesis we will attempt to study the way modern domestic and international enterprises are organized and to highlight an ideal organization model meeting the modern requirements.
The present work is divided into four main parts, which are analyzed as follows:
In the first part (chapters 1 and 2), the notions of business and business organization are analyzed, its principles and goals are explained, and there is generally an attempt to completely clarify the notion of organization.
In the second part (chapter 3), there is an analysis of the business organization models which are most frequently found in literature, and each model’s advantages and disadvantages are presented.
In the third part (chapters 4 and 5), a theoretical study is presented on enterprises we have chosen and which are based in Greece and abroad, in order to present the manner in which organization is practically achieved in modern economy.
The fourth part (chapters 6 and 7) provides our conclusions and an organization model which could be proven ideal for the operation of every business. | el_GR |
