Οι δημόσιοι οργανισμοί στην Ελλάδα αποτελούν μέχρι και σήμερα έναν από τους σημαντικότερους τομείς δραστηριότητας της Ελληνικής οικονομίας. Ο ρόλος της δημόσιας διοίκησης είναι πλήρως εναρμονισμένος με τα αποτελέσματα που επιφέρει ο δημόσιος τομέας αφού μέσω αυτής λαμβάνονται όλες οι αποφάσεις για την κατεύθυνση που ακολουθούν όλοι οι δημόσιοι οργανισμοί.
Η διπλωματική εργασία, στόχο έχει να παρουσιάσει μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση σε τομείς που αφορούν το μάνατζμεντ και την ηγεσία που υφίστανται οι δημόσιοι οργανισμοί της Ελλάδας. Η παρούσα ανάλυση έχει κατηγοριοποιηθεί προς δύο κατευθύνσεις.
Πρώτον, αναπτύχθηκε μια ανασκόπηση της διεθνής βιβλιογραφίας όπου παρουσιάζονται θεωρίες κορυφαίων επιστημόνων ανά το κόσμο, με σκοπό να κατανοηθούν εις βάθος τόσο η λειτουργία του Μάνατζμεντ όσο και η λειτουργία της Ηγεσίας.
Δεύτερον, συνοψίζονται διάφορες προτάσεις μεταρρυθμίσεων από καταρτισμένους ανθρώπους από το χώρο του δημόσιου τομέα, ούτως ώστε να κατανοηθεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό η σημαντικότητα που θα επιφέρουν τέτοιου είδους αλλαγές στους δημόσιους οργανισμούς αλλά και γενικότερα στο κράτος.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως τα όποια βήματα προόδου μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν στους δημοσίους οργανισμούς θα έχουν άμεσο αντικατοπτρισμό στην ευημερία των πολιτών της χώρας. | el_GR |

Public organizations in Greece are still one of the most important sectors of activity in the Greek economy. The role of the public sector administration is fully harmonized with the results brought about by the public sector, as all decisions taken in the direction followed by all public organizations are made through it.
The dissertation aims to present a bibliographic review in areas related to management and leadership of public organizations in Greece. This analysis is categorized in two directions.
First, a review of the international literature developed by theories of leading scientists around the world, in order to gain a deeper understanding of both the functioning of Management and the functioning of Leadership.
Secondly, various reform proposals are being summarized by trained people in the public sector, so that the importance of such changes in public organizations and in the state in general will be largely understood.
It is worth noting that any progress steps that can be implemented in public organizations will have a direct impact on the well – being of the country’s citizens. | el_GR |
