| dc.description.abstract | Η διατριβή αυτή αφορά στο σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση μιας ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας για την καταγραφή του ιστορικού των παιδιών που νοσηλεύονται σε παιδοψυχιατρική μονάδα με προσπάθεια, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις διαδικασίες και λειτουργίες ενός παιδοψυχιατρικού τμήματος, να προσεγγίσει τη μορφή ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου. Στο σχεδιασμό της γίνεται προσπάθεια να ικανοποιηθούν χαρακτηριστικά του ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου υγείας όπως η ασφάλεια, η διαλειτουργικότητα, η χρήση προτύπων. Η υλοποίησή της έγινε με την εφαρμογή Access του Microsoft Office 2007, με χρήση διεθνών κωδικοποιήσεων όπως το ICD10, το ATC και άλλες. | el_GR |
