| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία θα ασχοληθούμε με δυο θέματα της Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινου δυναμικού , την προσέλκυση και την επιλογή προσωπικού . Οι προαναφερόμενες διαδικασίες αποτελούν δύο από τους σημαντικότερους πυλώνες για τη στελέχωση της επιχείρησης με τα σωστά άτομα , στις σωστές θέσεις και με το μικρότερο δυνατόν κόστος.
Η εργασία αποτελείται από πέντε κεφάλαια.
Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο είναι η εισαγωγή του θέματος και των σημείων που θα επικεντρωθούμε.
Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση της προσέλκυσης και της επιλογής προσωπικού.
Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζουμε τη μεθοδολογία που θα ακολουθήσουμε σε μια έρευνα που αφορά το θέμα της εργασίας μας , την προσέλκυση και επιλογή ανθρώπινου δυναμικού σε πολυεθνικές εταιρείες.
Στο τέταρτο θα παρουσιάσουμε τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας με τη βοήθεια διαγραμμάτων .
Θα ολοκληρώσουμε την εργασία με το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο το οποίο θα περιλαμβάνει τα τελικά αποτελέσματα και προτάσεις πάνω στο συγκεκριμένο θέμα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In this project we will concern ourselves with two subjects of Human Resource Management; the attraction and selection of personnel. The previously mentioned procedures constitute two of the most important pillars for the staffing of the enterprise with the right people, in the right positions and with minimal cost.
The project is composed by five chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction of the subject and of the points in which we will focus.
The second chapter is the bibliographic review of the attraction and selection of personnel.
In the third chapter we present the methodology which we will follow in a research concerning the subject of our project, the attraction and selection of human resources in multinational companies.
In the fourth one we will present the results of the research with the assistance of charts.
