| dc.description.abstract | Η πολιτιστική κληρονομιά, υλική και άυλη, καταγράφει και απεικονίζει την ιστορική εξέλιξη και παράλληλα διαμορφώνει την ταυτότητα ενός τόπου καταλαμβάνοντας ένα μεγάλο κομμάτι της σύγχρονης ζωής του. Είναι ένα δυναμικό σημείο αναφοράς και ταυτόχρονα ένα θετικό μέσο ανάπτυξης. Η ιδιαίτερη πολιτιστική κληρονομιά και η συλλογική μνήμη κάθε περιοχής αποτελεί αναντικατάστατο και σημαντικό υπόβαθρο για τη σύγχρονη και μελλοντική ανάπτυξή της.
Στην εποχή της παγκοσμιοποίησης, η προστασία, η διατήρηση, η ερμηνεία και η ανάδειξη της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς και κατ’ επέκταση της πολιτιστικής ποικιλίας κάθε περιοχής, είναι ευθύνη της κοινότητας όπου αυτή βρίσκεται. Στόχος της διαχείρισής της είναι να μεταδοθεί η σημασία της και η ανάγκη διατήρησής της τόσο σε όλους τους πολίτες της περιοχής όσο και στους επισκέπτες της.
Στην παρούσα διατριβή θα αναλύσουμε την πολιτιστική πολιτική του Δήμου Νέας Ιωνίας Αττικής, όπως αυτή ασκείται μέσω του Κέντρου Σπουδής & Ανάδειξης Μικρασιατικού Πολιτισμού (ΚΕ.ΜΙ.ΠΟ). Ενός πολιτιστικού οργανισμού ο οποίος έχει στόχο την ανάκτηση της γνώσης της ελληνικής παρουσίας στη Μ. Ασία και την ενσωμάτωσή της στην ιστορική συνείδηση των δημοτών και των κατοίκων της Νέας Ιωνίας. Μαρτυρίες, πηγές και λόγος επιστημονικός είναι τα μέσα με τα οποία οι διοικήσεις του ΚΕ.ΜΙ.ΠΟ. δημιουργούν με υπομονή, επιμονή και αγάπη το ανεκτίμητο κεφάλαιο γνώσεων, πληροφοριών αλλά και τρόπων κριτικής κατανόησής του.
Μέσα από την λειτουργία ενός τέτοιου πολιτιστικού οργανισμού, τη δομή και τις δράσεις του θα δούμε πως οικοδομούνται και προβάλλονται τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά ενός τόπου, πως μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν και πως μέσα από ένα σύστημα οργάνωσης και προβολής τους λειτουργούν ανταγωνιστικά για τον τόπο δημιουργώντας πολιτισμικό κεφάλαιο. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The cultural heritage, both material and immaterial, records and reflects the historical evolution and at the same time shapes the identity of a place, occupying a large part of its modern life. It is a dynamic point of reference and at the same time a positive development tool. The particular cultural heritage and collective memory of each region is an irreplaceable and important foundation for its modern and future development.
In the era of globalization, the protection, preservation, interpretation and promotion of cultural heritage and, by extension, the cultural diversity of each region is the responsibility of the community where it is. The aim of its management is to spread its importance and the need to preserve it to all citizens of the region as well as to its visitors.
In this dissertation we will analyze the cultural policy of the Municipality of Nea Ionia of Attica, as practiced through the Center for Asia Minor Studies and Research Society (KE.MI.PO). A cultural organization that aims to regain knowledge of the Greek presence in Asia Minor in order to incorporate it into the historical consciousness of New Ionia. Testimonies, sources, scientific reason are the means by which the administrations of KE.MI.PO. create with patience, perseverance and love the priceless chapter of knowledge, information and ways of its critical comprehension.
Through the operation of such a cultural organization, its structure and actions, we will see how the particular features of a place are built and displayed, how they can be exploited and also that through a system of organization and promotion they operate competitively for the place by creating cultural capital. | el_GR |
