| dc.description.abstract | Διαβάζοντας την διατριβή αυτή θα αντιληφθεί κανείς τα αίτια, θα κατανοήσει βαθιά την έννοια, το ρόλο, τους στόχους αλλά περισσότερο τις αξίες στις οποίες στηρίζεται ένας Αγροτικός Συνεταιρισμός καθώς και τις αρχές λειτουργίας του. Όσοι ασχολούνται με τους συνεταιρισμούς (μέλη-εργαζόμενοι-παραγωγοί-πελάτες-προμηθευτές) θα είναι σημαντικό γιατί θα κατανοήσουν πρώτα τη φύση των Αγροτικών Συνεταιρισμών αλλά και βασικά θέματα και έννοιες που έχουν να κάνουν με την διοίκηση, την στρατηγική και τις ιδιαιτερότητες έναντι των άλλων μορφών επιχείρησης. Θα εξοικειωθεί με τις οικονομικές καταστάσεις που αποτελούν βασικά εργαλεία των αγροτικών συνεταιρισμών.
Όταν υπάρχει αναγνώριση των προβλημάτων στη λειτουργία των συνεταιρισμών, τότε μόνο θα ενισχυθεί η πίστη και των μελών και της διοίκησης στο συνεταιρισμό και όλοι θα δραστηριοποιηθούν και θα παλέψουν για την αναγέννηση και την καταξίωση του. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | By reading this dissertation, they will deeply understand the meaning, role, objectives and values on which a rural cooperative is founded, as well as its principles of operation. Employees working with cooperatives will be important because they will first understand the nature of rural cooperatives, but also key issues and concepts that have to do with administration, strategy and peculiarities over other forms of enterprise. It will familiarize itself with the financial statements that are the basic tools of the agricultural cooperatives.
