| dc.description.abstract | Η αρτηριακή υπέρταση είναι μια καρδιαγγειακή νόσος στη θεραπεία της οποίας καταλύτης είναι η έγκαιρη διάγνωση και η φαρμακευτική συμμόρφωση ως προς τη θεραπευτική αγωγή, με στόχο την αποσόβηση εγκατάστασης μη αναστρέψιμων οργανικών βλαβών, τη μείωση των πιθανοτήτων εμφάνισης συννοσηρότητας και επαγωγικά τη μείωση των συνολικών υγειονομικών δαπανών. Κύριος αρωγός σε αυτή την προσπάθεια, δεδομένης της τεχνολογικής εξέλιξης, δύναται να είναι η κινητή υγεία με τις διαθέσιμες εφαρμογές της.
Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να διερευνηθεί ο βαθμός συμμόρφωσης χρόνιων υπερτασικών ασθενών διαφορετικού κοινωνικοοικονομικού προφίλ με τη φαρμακευτική αγωγή, μέσω εφαρμογής κινητού τηλεφώνου (mobile application) και συγκεκριμένα έξυπνου κινητού τηλεφώνου (smart phone) σε περίοδο οικονομικής κρίσης.
Η μεθοδολογία της έρευνας: μελετήθηκε δείγμα υπερτασικών ασθενών, διαιρεμένο σε δύο ομάδες των 50 ατόμων. Η πρώτη ομάδα κατέγραφε τη φαρμακευτική της συμμόρφωση μέσω μιας εφαρμογής κινητού τηλεφώνου (mΗealth) και η δεύτερη ομάδα μάρτυρας (control), κατέγραφε τη φαρμακευτική της συμμόρφωση βασιζόμενη στην αυτοαναφορά. Η μελέτη διήρκεσε 2 μήνες και η στατιστική ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων έγινε με τη χρήση του στατιστικού πακέτου SPSS Version 25.
Τα αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν είναι πως οι μετέχοντες στην ομάδα mHealth παρουσίασαν καλύτερα αποτελέσματα συμμόρφωσης στη φαρμακευτική αγωγή σε σχέση με την ομάδα control, με μεγαλύτερη διαφοροποίηση ως προς τον παράγοντα φύλο. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The arterial hypertension is a cardiovascular disease, in the therapy of which timely diagnosis and pharmaceutical compliance as to the healing treatment are a catalyst, targeting the prevention of installation of non reversible organic damages, the reduction of possibilities of the appearance of co-morbidity and deductively the reduction of the total health expenses. Main helper to this attempt, considering the technological evolvement, could be mobile health with its available applications.
The aim of the present dissertation is to investigate the degree of compliance of chronic hypertensive patients of different socioeconomic profile, with the medication, through a mobile application and specifically of a smart phone, in times of economic crisis.
Methodology of research: a sample of hypertensive patients was studied, divided in two groups of 50 people. The first group recorded their pharmaceutical compliance through a mobile application (mΗealth), and the second group witness (control), recorded their pharmaceutical compliance based on self reference. The study had duration of 2 months and the statistic analysis of the results was performed with the use of the statistic packet SPSS Version 25.
The results derived are that the participants in the group of m-health presented better results of compliance to the medication in relation to the group control with greater differentiation concerning the factor gender. | el_GR |
