| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή μελετάται ο τρόπος με τον οποίο η τέχνη της επιχειρηματικής ηγεσίας θα μπορέσει να βοηθήσει και να καλύψει τις ελλείψεις τής στρατιωτικής ηγεσίας. Αρχικά, γίνεται παράθεση και ανάλυση των ορισμών και τεχνικών που διέπουν τον ηγέτη σε επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον. Αναφερόμαστε στα γνωρίσματα και τα στυλ ηγεσίας που χρησιμοποιούνται, ενώ απαντάμε στο τί πρέπει, εν τέλει, να είναι ηγεσία.
Εν συνεχεία, αναλύεται η ηγεσία σε στρατιωτικό περιβάλλον. Μετά τους ορισμούς, παρατίθενται οι αρχές τής στρατιωτικής ηγεσίας, ενώ παρουσιάζεται το πλαίσιο αυτής με τους κύριους πυλώνες να αποτελούν τα «ΕΙΜΑΙ – ΓΝΩΡΙΖΩ – ΚΑΝΩ». Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά και στα τρία επίπεδα της στρατιωτικής ηγεσίας.
Μετέπειτα, γίνεται η σύγκριση των δύο ειδών ηγεσίας (επιχειρηματικής και στρατιωτικής), ενώ ήδη έχει προηγηθεί η σύγκριση και η αναφορά στις διαφορές μεταξύ μάνατζερ ή διοικητή και του ηγέτη. Τα αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν από τη σύγκριση των δύο τύπων ηγεσίας, είναι ότι από την ηγεσία στις ΕΔ λείπει η συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη. Στα παραρτήματα παρουσιάζονται ερωτηματολόγια το οποία διανεμήθηκαν και απαντήθηκαν από διάφορα στελέχη τού ΣΞ και οι πληροφορίες που αντλήθηκαν από αυτά, επιβεβαιώνουν την προηγούμενη διαπίστωση μας.
Ως βασική μεθοδολογία σχεδιάσεως και λήψης απόφασης, για τον στρατιωτικό ηγέτη, αποτελεί η ΣΔΙΛΑ. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα αυτής είναι ότι απαιτεί πολύ χρόνο. Ένας ηγέτης μπορεί να βρει έναν τρόπο – ένα στοιχείο, ώστε οι υφιστάμενοι του να υπερκεράσουν το εμπόδιο τής απαίτησης πολύ χρόνου κατά την υλοποίηση τής ΣΔΙΛΑ. Το στοιχείο αυτό είναι η συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In this thesis we studied the way in which the art of business leadership will be able to help and cover of military leadership deficiencies. Initially, there is juxtaposition and analysis of definitions and techniques governing the leader in business environment. We refer to traits and leadership styles used, and answer to what, ultimately, leadership must be.
Subsequently, the leadership in the military environment is analyzed. After the definitions, the principles of military leadership are listing, while its context is presented with the main pillars to be the “I AM – I KNOW – I ACT”. Finally, reference is made to the three levels of military leadership.
Thereafter, there is comparison of the two types of leadership (business and military) while the comparison and the reference to the differences between manager or commander and leader is preceded. Results obtained from the comparison of the two types of leadership is that the leadership in Armed Forces lacks emotional intelligence. In the annexes are presented questionnaires which were distributed and answered by personnel of the Army and the information learned from these confirm our previous finding.
As a basic planning and making decision methodology for the military leader is the “Military Decision-Making Process”. A large disadvantage of this is that it requires much time. A leader can find a way - a point, in order his subordinates to overcome the obstacle of requiring much time in the implementation of “Military Decision-Making Process”.
