| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής αποτελεί η μελέτη της ίδρυσης ενός βιωματικού νηπιαγωγείου στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Λάρνακας, το οποίο θα επικεντρώνεται στην Μαθητοκεντρική-Συμμετοχική αρχή σε συνδυασμό με την ομαδοκεντρική διδασκαλία. Πρόκειται για ένα μοντέλο εκπαίδευσης, που απουσιάζει από το εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα της Κύπρου.
Σε ό,τι αφορά την υλοποίηση της μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής, ακολουθήθηκε η μέθοδος της συλλογής πρωτογενών δεδομένων. Η εμπειρική συλλογή δεδομένων, έχει πραγματοποιηθεί με τη χρήση δομημένου ερωτηματολογίου. Επίσης, έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί και ορισμένες αναλύσεις, όπως η ανάλυση της τμηματοποίησης της αγοράς, η ανάλυση SWOT (Εσωτερικό περιβάλλον/Εξωτερικό περιβάλλον) και η ανάλυση του ανταγωνισμού, βάσει του μοντέλου των πέντε δυνάμεων του PORTER. Τα προσδοκώμενα αποτελέσματα από το σύνολο της έρευνας είναι:
• Η διατύπωση και η αξιολόγηση της επιχειρηματικής ιδέας.
• Η ενημέρωση για τη διαδικασία λειτουργίας του νηπιαγωγείου.
• Η σύνταξη ενός πλήρους επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου.
• Η εκτίμηση των απαιτούμενων πόρων.

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of the present postgraduate thesis is to study the establishment of a kindergarten in the wider area of Larnaca, which will emphasize the student–centered/participatory principle combined with the group-centered teaching. It is a model of education that is absent from the educational system of Cyprus.
Primary data were collected using a structured questionnaire in addition to the analysis of the market segmeutatia, the S.W.O.T analysis of the market segmentation, the S.W.O.T. analysis (Internal environment/external environment) and the analysis of the competition in the field. The anticipated results of the research are:
• Business ideas conception and evaluation
• The documentation of the process of establishing the Kindergarten.
• A business plan.
• Estimation of the resources required.
