| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή θα εστιάσει στην εξέταση της σημασίας της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομίας και των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων. Θα αναδειχθεί η σημασία της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς, η έννοια του πολιτισμού, οι κίνδυνοι που μπορεί να προκύψουν και οι τρόποι με τους οποίους μπορεί να προστατευτεί και να παραμείνει αναλλοίωτη με το πέρασμα των ετών. Θα γίνει ανάλυση της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας και των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων καθώς και των έννομων σχέσεων που ρυθμίζονται από το δίκαιο της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας και πως αυτά σχετίζονται με την άυλη πολιτιστική κληρονομιά και την προστασία της. Θα εξεταστούν οι διεθνείς συμβάσεις της Ουνέσκο για την προστασία και την ανάδειξη της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομίας και θα αναλυθούν η περίπτωση της παραδοσιακής μαστιχοκαλλιέργειας στη Χίο, που είναι ένα στοιχείο εγγεγραμμένο στον Κατάλογο της Άυλης Πολιτιστικής Κληρονομίας, όπως και οι πρακτικές και η τεχνογνωσία του ελαίου Αrgan στο Μαρόκο. Τέλος, θα γίνει αναφορά στους κινδύνους που υπάρχουν από πιθανή εμπορευματοποίηση στοιχείων της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομίας και πως τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα μπορούν να την προστατέψουν. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis will focus on examining the importance of intangible cultural heritage and copyright. The importance of intangible cultural heritage, the meaning of culture, the risks that may arise and the ways in which it can be protected and remain unchanged over the years will be highlighted. There will be an analysis of intellectual property and copyright as well as the legal relationships regulated by intellectual property law and how they relate to intangible cultural heritage and its protection. In addition, UNESCO's international conventions for the protection and promotion of intangible cultural heritage will be examined and there will be analysis on the case of traditional mastic cultivation in Chios, which is an item inscribed on the Intangible Cultural Heritage List, as well as the practices and know-how of Argan oil in Morocco. Finally,we will refer to the risks that exist from the possible commercialization of elements of the intangible cultural heritage and how copyright can protect it. | el_GR |
