| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διατριβή θα γίνει ανάλυση της επιχείρησης Ravago Hellas S.M.S.A και συγκεκριμένα του εργοστασίου που παράγει θερμομονωτικά φύλλα Εξηλασμένης Πολυστερίνης (XPS), το οποίο βρίσκεται στο Λαύριο Αττικής.
Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης διατριβής είναι η ανάδειξη της στρατηγικής, που χρησιμοποιεί η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία, για την απόκτηση στρατηγικού πλεονεκτήματος έναντι των ανταγωνιστικών επιχειρήσεων.
Η διαφοροποίηση της από τους ανταγωνιστές έγκειται στις άριστες ιδιότητες του προϊόντος και στην παγκόσμια και πολύχρονη παρουσία του ομίλου. Ωστόσο θα παρουσιαστούν έρευνες και αναλύσεις, που φανερώνουν ότι αν και η εν λόγω εταιρεία κατέχει ηγετική θέση στον κλάδο των θερμομονωτικών, βάλλεται από εξωτερικούς παράγοντες, που επηρεάζουν τη μελλοντική της πορεία.
Για αυτό το λόγο, εκτός από τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από τις έρευνες, θα αναφερθούν οι πιθανές διορθωτικές ενέργειες που θα μπορούσε να εφαρμόσει η εταιρεία, για να διατηρήσει την ανταγωνιστική θέση στην αγορά, αλλά και προτάσεις για περαιτέρω έρευνα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis examines the corporation Ravago Hellas S.M.S.A., and specifically the plant, located in Lavrion, Attica, which produces boards of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) used for thermal insulation.
The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the strategy used by the company in order to gain strategic advantage over competing companies.
The differentiation from competitors lies to the excellent properties of the product itself and the global and long-standing presence of the Ravago Group. However, the research and analysis that will be presented, will show that although the company has a leading position in the thermal insulation sector, it is affected by external factors, which affect the future course of the company.
For this reason, in addition to the conclusions obtained from the investigations, possible corrective actions will be mentioned, that the company could implement, to maintain the competitive position in the market, as well as suggestions for further research. | el_GR |
