| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας ήταν να διερευνήσει το ζήτημα της αποτύπωσης της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς και της μνήμης μίας μειονότητας τόσο στον υλικό χώρο μίας πόλης, όσο και στην πολιτιστική της ζωή και δράση. Στην παρούσα, αναδεικνύεται το παράδειγμα της εβραϊκής μειονότητας στην πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης και ειδικότερα το κομμάτι της τραυματικής μνήμης και ιστορία του Ολοκαυτώματος ως μελέτη περίπτωσης τραυματικής-σκοτεινής κληρονομιάς, τόσο σε ό,τι αφορά τον τρόπο, όσο και τους λόγους προβολής της, ή όχι. Οι παράγοντες και τα κίνητρα για την αποσιώπηση της μνήμης φαίνεται να ποικίλουν και να αφορούν τόσο την κυρίαρχη όσο και τη μειονοτική ομάδα. Ωστόσο, ειδικότερα σε ό,τι αφορά το κομμάτι της τραυματικής-σκοτεινής κληρονομιάς, παρατηρείται πως δια μέσου του τραύματος υπάρχουν σημαντικά μηνύματα που δίδονται, είναι παγκόσμια και διαχρονικά και αφορούν όχι μόνο την ομάδα της οποίας ανήκει αυτό το δύσκολο κομμάτι μνήμης, αλλά και το ευρύ κοινό. Με στόχο να εξεταστούν τα παραπάνω, πραγματοποιήθηκε αρχικά βιβλιογραφική έρευνα, ενώ στη συνέχεια ακολούθησε ποιοτική έρευνα με τη μορφή ημιδομημένων συνεντεύξεων σε δείγμα πληθυσμού που είτε αποτελεί μέλος, είτε συνεργάζεται στενά με την εβραϊκή κοινότητα Θεσσαλονίκης. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of the specific research was to investigate the issue of imprinting the cultural heritage and memory of a minority both in the material space of a city, as well as in its cultural life and action. In the present, the example of the Jewish minority in the city of Thessaloniki is highlighted and in particular the part of the traumatic memory and history of the Holocaust as a case study of a traumatic-dark legacy, both in terms of the way and the reasons for its promotion, or not . The factors and motivations for silencing memory appear to vary and involve both the dominant and the minority group. However, especially with regard to the part of the traumatic-dark heritage, it is observed that through the trauma there are important messages that are given. They are global and timeless and concern not only the group to which this difficult piece of memory belongs, but also the public. In order to examine the above, a bibliographic research was first carried out, while a qualitative research followed in the form of semi-structured interviews with a sample of the population that is either a member of, or works closely with, the Jewish community of Thessaloniki. | el_GR |
