| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η ανάδειξη της πρακτικής της πολιτιστικής επανάχρησης εγκαταλελειμμένων βιομηχανικών δομών, εστιάζοντας το ενδιαφέρον της στη Λεμεσό. Τελικός της στόχος είναι η κατάθεση μιας πρότασης πολιτιστικής επανάχρησης του διατηρητέου τμήματος της οινοβιομηχανίας ΣΟΔΑΠ στη Λεμεσό, που τοποθετείται στην περιοχή μεταξύ παλιού και νέου λιμανιού – περιοχή με πλούσια βιομηχανική αρχιτεκτονική κληρονομιά - η οποία θα καλύπτει πολιτιστικές και καλλιτεχνικές ανάγκες της πόλης.
Τα κενά και οι ανάγκες της Λεμεσού στον πολιτιστικό/καλλιτεχνικό τομέα εντοπίστηκαν, μέσω της διεξαγωγής συνεντεύξεων με βασικούς πολιτιστικούς παράγοντες της πόλης και μέσω της πραγματοποίησης έρευνας κοινού, ανάμεσα στους κατοίκους της Λεμεσού. Τα ευρήματα των πιο πάνω, ανέδειξαν τις ανάγκες που έχει η πόλη στον πολιτιστικό/καλλιτεχνικό τομέα, με την πρόταση να καταλήγει σε μια μεικτή πολιτιστική επανάχρηση των χώρων του διατηρητέου τμήματος. Συγκεκριμένα, προτείνεται η δημιουργία καλλιτεχνικών εργαστηρίων για όλες τις μορφές τέχνης, ενός πολιτιστικού κι εκθεσιακού πολυχώρου κι ενός θεάτρου μεσαίου μεγέθους· χώροι, οι οποίοι λείπουν αυτή τη στιγμή από τη Λεμεσό. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this dissertation is to highlight the practice of cultural reuse of abandoned industrial structures, focusing on Limassol. Its ultimate goal is to submit a proposal for the cultural reuse of the preserved part of the SODAP wine industry in Limassol, located in the area between the old and new ports - an area with a rich industrial architectural heritage - that will meet the city's cultural and artistic needs.
The gaps and needs of Limassol in the cultural/artistic sector have been disclosed through interviews with important stakeholders of the city and by conducting public inquiries among Limassol residents. The findings of the above, highlighted the needs of the city in the cultural/artistic sector, with the proposal to suggest a mixed cultural reuse of the premises of the preserved department. In particular, it is proposed to create art workshops for all art forms, a cultural and exhibition space and a medium-sized theater; spaces that are currently missing from Limassol. | el_GR |
