| dc.description.abstract | Σε αυτή τη διπλωματική διατριβή γίνεται μία απόπειρα να εφαρμοστεί η θεωρητική σκέψη της Judith Butler περί έμφυλης ταυτότητας στα πρόσωπα της Κλυταιμνήστρας και της Ηλέκτρας. Για αυτό το λόγο, χρησιμοποιούνται και εξετάζονται τρία θεατρικά έργα: η αρχαία ελληνική τραγωδία Ηλέκτρα του Ευριπίδη και τα έργα Γράμμα στον Ορέστη και Ο Δείπνος του σύγχρονου Έλληνα δραματουργού Ιάκωβου Καμπανέλλη.
Η διακειμενική μελέτη των τριών αυτών έργων αποτελεί πρόσφορο έδαφος για να εξερευνηθεί κατά πόσο οι δυο ηρωίδες αλληλοσυμπληρώνονται ή αντιπαρατίθενται (Κλυταιμνήστρα εναντίον Κλυταιμνήστρας, Κλυταιμνήστρα εναντίον Ηλέκτρας, Ηλέκτρα εναντίον Ηλέκτρας) σε συνάρτηση με την έμφυλη ταυτότητά τους.
Τέλος, συνοψίζουμε κάποια γενικά συμπεράσματα και προτείνουμε κάποιες σκηνικές αποτυπώσεις των δύο ηρωίδων σε μία υποθετική performance που θα μπορούσε να φέρει τον τίτλο: «Κλυταιμνήστρα και Ηλέκτρα: με ή χωρίς ταυτότητα». | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This MA dissertation makes an attempt to apply Judith Butler's theoretical thought about gender identity to the characters of Clytemnestra and Electra. For this reason, three theatrical plays are used and examined: the ancient Greek tragedy of “Electra” by Euripides and the plays “Letter to Orestes” and “The Supper” of the modern Greek dramatist Iakovos Kambanellis.
The intertextual study of these three plays provides a basis where the degree of inter-complement or rivalry inbetween the two heroines (Clytemnestra VS Clytemnestra, Clytemnestra VS Electra, Electra VS Electra) can be explored, always in relation to their gender identity.
Finally, we summarize some general conclusions and we suggest some “scene depictions” of the two heroines in a hypothetical performance that could be titled as: "Clytemnestra and Electra: With or Without Identity". | el_GR |
