| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία με θέμα Παραγωγή Βιοαερίου από απόβλητα ελαιοτριβείου έχει ως σκοπό να μπορέσει να αναλύσει την έννοια του βιοαερίου, της αναερόβιας χώνευσης, την διαδικασία παραγωγής ελαιολάδου, τα απόβλητα που σχηματίζονται από αυτή την διαδικασία, η μεταχείριση αυτών και να περιγραφεί μια μονάδα παραγωγής βιοαερίου. Αρχικά στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα γίνει ανάλυση της έννοιας του βιοαερίου, των ιδιοτήτων και της χρήσης καθώς και τα πλεονεκτήματα αυτού . Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο θα γίνει μια ανάλυση της διαδικασίας παραγωγής ελαιολάδου και των συστημάτων που χρησιμοποιούνται για αυτή την διαδικασία. Επιπλέον θα γίνει αναφορά στους τύπους των αποβλήτων των ελαιοτριβείων και στις επιπτώσεις που προκαλούνται στο περιβάλλον. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύονται οι τρόποι επεξεργασίας και μεταχείρισης αυτών των αποβλήτων καθώς και αναλύετε η έννοια της αναερόβιας χώνευσης. Ακολουθεί το τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο όπου γίνεται προσπάθεια να παρουσιαστεί μια μονάδα παραγωγής βιοαερίου από τα απόβλητα ενός ελαιοτριβείου.
