| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εκπόνηση εργασίας σκοπός είναι η ανάδειξη ως μείζονος σημασίας πρόβλημα, της ισότιμης παροχής ιατρικής περίθαλψης και πως επιτυγχάνεται αυτό με την χρήση των Τεχνολογιών Επικοινωνίας και των σύγχρονων Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων Υγείας, αλλά και με την ανάδειξη ως λύση της Διασυνοριακής περίθαλψης κα του Ιατρικού Τουρισμού ( και πως προγραμματίζεται αυτό μέσα από την οδηγία 2011/24/ΕΕ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης). Παρουσιάζεται η ανάλυση των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων Υγείας αλλά και η αναλυτική περιγραφή όλων των αναγκαίων κωδικοποιήσεων και προτύπων που χρειάζονται για την επίτευξη της διαλειτουργικότητας μεταξύ τους, ώστε να αποτελούν μία ολοκληρωμένη λύση για την ποιοτικότερη ιατρική περίθαλψη. Τέλος, δίδεται ως απάντηση και λύση στο πρόβλημα, το πιλοτικό πρόγραμμα Διασυνοριακής Ανταλλαγής Iατρικών Δεδομένων (epSOS), το οποίο έτρεξε την περίοδο 2008-2014, και άφησε σημαντική παρακαταθήκη για τα επόμενα προγράμματα που σκοπό έχουν να αξιοποιήσουν τα επιτεύγματα του προγράμματος και να διορθώσουν τυχόν παραλήψεις και αστοχίες του, με τελικό στόχο την χρήση ενός μόνιμου και απόλυτα ασφαλούς και άμεσου προγράμματος διασυνοριακής ιατρικής περίθαλψης. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In the present work the aim is to highlight as a major problem the equal provision of medical care and how this is achieved through the use of Communication Technologies and modern Health Information Systems, as well as the emergence as a solution of Cross-border health care and medical tourism (and the way that is planned through EU Directive 2011/24/EU). It presents the analysis of Health information Systems as well as a detailed description of all the necessary codifications and standards needed to achieve interoperability with each other so as to provide a complete solution for the most qualitative medical care. Finally, the pilot program for Cross-Border Exchange of Medical Data ( epSOS) , which ran from 2008 to 2014, was given a response as a response to the problem and left a significant leeway for the next programs to exploit the achievements of the program and to correct any omissions and failures, with the ultimate goal of using a permanent , completely safe and immediate cross-border healthcare program. | el_GR |
