| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός αυτής της διατριβής είναι να παρακολουθήσει την πορεία της site-specific επιτέλεσης, σε τρείς ιστορικές περιόδους, μέσα από το φίλτρο της πολιτικής διάστασης που φέρει η κάθε παράσταση. Βασικό μας ζητούμενο, δηλαδή, είναι να δούμε πώς και κατά πόσο η αρχιτεκτονική σε συνεργασία με το θέατρο, με το εργαλείο του site-specific performance, χρησιμοποιείται στην εκάστοτε περίοδο για να αναδείξει πολιτικά μηνύματα.
Στην πορεία αυτή θα περάσουμε από τρείς σταθμούς, ερευνώντας τρεις παραστάσεις, σε τρείς ιστορικές περιόδους και τρεις διαφορετικές γεωγραφικές περιοχές. Οι τρείς εξεταζόμενες περιπτώσεις απέχουν χρονικά περίπου μισό αιώνα η μία από την άλλη.
Η μέθοδος προσέγγισης που θα επιλέξουμε για να στοιχειοθετήσουμε την ερευνά μας είναι η ιστορικοκοινωνική. Σκοπός μας είναι να συλλέξουμε τις μαρτυρίες και τις πληροφορίες που έχουν καταγραφεί για τις συγκεκριμένες παραστάσεις, όπως και να καθορίσουμε το κοινωνικοπολιτικό πλαίσιο και πολιτισμικό περιβάλλον στο οποίο τοποθετούνται | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of this thesis is to study the progress of the site-specific performance, in three historical periods, through the filter of the political dimension of each performance. Our main objective is to see how and whether the architecture in collaboration with the theatre, in the form of site-specific performance, is used in each period to highlight political messages. Focusing on three ‘stations’, we will explore three performances in three distinct historical periods and three different geographical areas. The three case studies are separated approximately by half a century from one another. The methodological approach that we will choose to investigate these cases is historical and social.
