| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επικεντρώνεται στην εφαρμογή της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας στις Ξενοδοχειακές Μονάδες. Αρχικά αναλύεται ο ορισμός της ποιότητας, οι διαστάσεις που παίρνει αυτή σε περίπτωση υπηρεσιών και πως μπορεί να μετρηθεί.
Έπειτα αναλύεται ο ορισμός της διοίκησης ολικής ποιότητας και οι βασικές της έννοιες. Εν συνεχεία, αναφέρεται στους ‘πατέρες’ της διοίκησης ολικής ποιότητας και στις διατυπώσεις που έχουν κάνει πάνω στην ΔΟΠ.
Στην τελευταία ενότητα εστιάζει την προσοχή στη Ξενοδοχειακής Μονάδα και στην εφαρμογή της ΔΟΠ ανά τομέα της επιχείρησης . | el_GR |
