| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της εργασίας αυτής είναι η διερεύνηση της χρήσης του e banking στην Ελλάδα. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε δυο σκέλη, σε αυτό του θεωρητικού υποβάθρου και εκείνου της πρακτικής εφαρμογής.
Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στη γενικότερη μορφή του e banking, τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει και τις δυνατότητες που παρέχει στους χρήστες.
Στο δεύτερο και τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά σε θέματα που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια και προστασία του καταναλωτή, τις απειλές και τους κινδύνους καθώς και τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα από τη χρήση του.
Προκειμένου να διαμορφωθεί μια ρεαλιστική απεικόνιση της πραγματικότητας η παρούσα εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με εμπειρική έρευνα.
Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα, προέκυψαν συμπεράσματα, τα οποία παρατίθενται στο τέλος, με κυριότερο συμπέρασμα ότι η χρήση του e banking δεν είναι ακόμα ιδιαίτερα διαδεδομένη στην Ελλάδα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of e banking in Greece. The study is broken down into two main parts, in the theoretical under-platform and in that the practice of research and application.
The first section shows the general form of e banking, the consultancy and capacity that provides to the users.
At the second and third section, we attempt to describethe threats and dangers, the advantages and disadvantages of e banking, for both users and for the banks themselves.Of course, it could not be absent and the issues relating to safety of customers.
In order to provide a realistic presentation of reality, this paper concludes with empirical research.
