| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή πραγματεύεται το θέμα «Ολοκληρωμένα Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα Υγείας». Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση θεμάτων διαλειτουργικότητας και ανταλλαγής δεδομένων μεταξύ των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων στον χώρο της Υγείας, ένα αντικείμενο ιδιαίτερα κρίσιμο για την βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση των Πληροφοριακών Υποδομών από τους επαγγελματίες υγείας. Στην εργασία εξετάζεται στο εισαγωγικό κεφάλαιο η έννοια της πληροφορικής στον χώρο της υγείας. Έπειτα, μελετώνται διεξοδικά τα Ολοκληρωμένα Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα στον χώρο της Υγείας, ενώ γίνεται ειδική αναφορά σε ξεχωριστό κεφάλαιο στον ηλεκτρονικό φάκελο του ασθενούς. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται το ζήτημα της διασυνοριακής φροντίδας και οι προκλήσεις που προκύπτουν γύρω από αυτό. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This postgraduate dissertation addresses the issue of "Integrated Health Information Systems". The aim of the thesis is to present issues of interoperability and exchange of data between the Health Systems Information Systems, an object crucial for the optimal use of Information Infrastructures by healthcare professionals. The concept of information technology in the health sector is considered in the introductory chapter. Then, the Integrated Health Information Systems are studied thoroughly, and a separate chapter is specifically mentioned in the patient's electronic file.
