| dc.description.abstract | Η εισαγωγή του Ολοκληρωμένου Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Υγείας στις μονάδες υγείας είναι πλέον μια επιβεβλημένη πραγματικότητα. Από την εποχή του Ιπποκράτη μέχρι σήμερα η ιατρική επιστήμη και τεχνολογία με την αλματώδεις εξελιξεις και τους γρήγορους ρυθμούς της στην παροχή όσο το δυνατών καλύτερης υγείας στους ασθενείς, έχει προωθήσει τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα στα νοσοσκομεία. Η μετάβαση από τον χειρόγραφο φάκελο του ασθενούς στον ηλεκτρονικό έγινε από την αναγκαιότητα για την εξασφάλιση ανάκλησης των πληροφοριών του ασθενούς κάθε χρονική στιγμή. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν να περιγράψει τον ρόλο και την σημασία της εφαρμογής του ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου στα ∆ημόσια Νοσοκομεία.
Στη παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία θα αναφερθούμε λεπτομερώς στην εφαρμογή του στα Ελληνικά νοσοκομεία και ειδικότερα στο Αττικό Νοσοκομείο και στην χρήση του από τους επαγγελματίες υγείας . Τέλος θα γίνει μία ανασκόπηση της επίδρασης και του ρόλου του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Υγείας στη σωστή λειτουργία του ευρύτερου συστήματος υγείας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The introduction of the Integrated Health Facility into Health Units is now an imperative reality. From the time of Hippocrates to the present day, medical science and technology, with its swift evolution and fast pace of delivering as much health as possible to patients, has promoted information systems in hospitals. The transition from the patient's manuscript to the electronic was made by the necessity of ensuring that patient information is recalled at any time.
The purpose of this paper was to describe the role and importance of implementing the electronic file in Public Hospitals. In this diploma thesis we will detail our application in Greek hospitals and in particular Attic Hospital and its use by health professionals. Finally, a review will be made of the impact and role of the Electronic Health Facility on the proper functioning of the wider health system. | el_GR |
