| dc.description.abstract | Οι επικρατούσες συνθήκες έχουν οδηγήσει τόσο τις επιχειρήσεις, όσο και
τους καταναλωτές στην στροφή προς την ποιότητα. Η πρόληψη δυσχερειών στην
παραγωγή και διάθεση προϊόντων ή/και υπηρεσιών, η συγκράτηση δαπανών και η
απόκτηση μεγαλύτερου μεριδίου της αγοράς από μεριάς επιχειρήσεων και επίτευξης
των αναγκών από μεριάς καταναλωτών αποτελούν μονόδρομο στην εφαρμογή
προγραμμάτων ολικής ποιότητας. Η ΜΕΘ αποτελεί ένα ιδιαίτερης σημασίας τμήμα
λόγω της φύσης της όπου νοσηλεύονται βαρέως πάσχοντα άτομα. Εξ αιτίας αυτού
του γεγονότος έγινε επιτακτική η ανάγκη για επέκταση της εφαρμογής της ποιότητας
της παρεχόμενης φροντίδας στον εν λόγω τμήμα.
Η εκπόνηση της παρούσας διατριβής πραγματώθηκε με διττό στόχο. Από τη
μία πλευρά περιλαμβάνει τη διερεύνηση της εφαρμογής ολικής ποιότητας στις
παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες υγείας σε ΜΕΘ και από την άλλη τις συνέπειες που
προκαλούνται από τη στροφή ή μη στην ποιότητα.
Για την επίτευξη αυτών των σκοπών θα πραγματοποιηθεί αναζήτηση σε
βάσεις δεδομένων όπως PubMed, Cochrane, ΙΑΤΡΟΤΕΚ & Medline για την άντληση
σχετικών πηγών.
Εν κατακλείδι, η εφαρμογή της ποιότητας στη λειτουργία των ΜΕΘ αποτελεί
μονόδρομο. Η συγκράτηση των δαπανών στην υγεία, η παροχή της καλύτερης
δυνατής φροντίδας υγείας, η αύξηση και της αποτελεσματικότητας των υγειονομικών
οργανισμών, η πρόληψη λαθών και δυσχερειών, καθώς και η επίτευξη ικανοποίησης
και υλοποίησης των αναγκών των ασθενών και του οικογενειακού τους
περιβάλλοντος δύναται να επιτευχθούν με τη χρήση προτύπων ποιότητας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The circumstances have led both businesses and consumers in the flight to
quality. Prevention of difficulties in the production and marketing of products and / or
services, the retention costs and gaining greater market share on the part of enterprises
and achieving the needs on the part of consumers are the only way to implement total
quality programs. The ICU is a particularly important part because of the nature of
where critically ill people are hospitalized. Because of this fact it became imperative
to extend the application of the quality of care provided in this section.
The preparation of this thesis was held with dual purpose. On the one hand
includes exploration of total quality implementation in healthcare services provided in
the ICU and the other consequences caused by the shift or not in quality.
To achieve these objectives will be searched in databases such as PubMed, Cochrane,
Medline & IATROTEK to select relevant sources.
In conclusion, the implementation of quality in the operation of the ICU is a
must. The containment of expenditure on health, providing the best possible health
care, growth and efficiency of health organizations, prevention of errors and
difficulties, and to achieve satisfaction and realization of the needs of patients and
