| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή εκπονήθηκε στο πλαίσιο της ολοκλήρωσης του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος σπουδών: Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων με κατεύθυνση ειδίκευσης Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων Αγροτροφίμων (ΜΒΑ Agrifood) του Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου της Κύπρου. Ο τίτλος της παρούσας διατριβής είναι : ̒ ̒ Σύγκλιση τιμών αγροτροφίμων στην Ευρώπη των 15 ως αποτέλεσμα παρεμβάσεων της ΚΑΠ που εφαρμόστηκαν’’ .
Η επιλογή του θέματος έγινε με κριτήριο την αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων των κοινών πολιτικών που εφαρμόστηκαν στον αγροτικό τομέα από την ίδρυση της ΕΟΚ μέχρι και σήμερα σε επίπεδο των τιμών αγροτροφίμων. Η εργασία αποτελείται από πέντε επιμέρους κεφάλαια.
Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται η περιγραφή των αναγκαιοτήτων που οδηγούν στην εφαρμογή Κοινής Αγροτικής Πολιτικής για όλες τις χώρες μέλη της Ε.Ε. καθώς και στους στόχους που πρόκειται να επιτευχθούν με την αποτελεσματική εφαρμογή της ΚΑΠ. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ιστορική αναδρομή από την ίδρυση της ΕΟΚ και τη διαμόρφωση της ΚΑΠ το 1962 μέχρι την μεταρρύθμισή της το 2003. Συγχρόνως γίνεται αναφορά και σε κάποιους γενικούς οικονομικούς όρους προκειμένου να γίνει η απαραίτητη σύνδεση με την οικονομική ανάλυση η οποία περιγράφεται στην παρούσα διατριβή. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται η μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιήσαμε για την ανάλυση και σύγκριση των οικονομικών δεδομένων. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται τα οικονομικά δεδομένα. Παρουσιάζονται οι ομάδες χωρών οι οποίες ελέγχονται ως προς τη σύγκλιση των τιμών των εξής αγροτροφίμων: φρούτων, λαχανικών, γάλακτος, κρέατος, ψαριών, ψωμιού, ελαιολάδου και τροφίμων και διατυπώνονται τα αποτελέσματα του ελέγχου αυτού. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται και σχολιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων των δοκιμών σύγκλισης των τιμών. Στο τέλος της παρούσας διατριβής αναφέρεται η βιβλιογραφία που χρησιμοποιήσαμε. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This study was conducted in the terms of the completion of the postgraduate program: Business Administration, specialized in Agrifood Business Administration (MBA Agrifood) of the Open University of Cyprus.
The title of this study is: ''The convergence of the prices of Agrifood in the EU of the 15 compared to the implemented CAP policies''.
The choice of the subject was under the criterion to evaluate the results of joint policies implemented in the rural sector, since the establishment of the EEC to present, as far as the prices of agrifood are concerned. The work consists of five chapters.
The first chapter is a description of the needs that lead to the application of the Common Agricultural Policy for all EU member states and the objectives to be achieved through the effective implementation of the CAP. Τhe second chapter is a throwback from the creation of the EEC and the configuration of the CAP in 1962, to the 2003 reform . Simultaneously, reference is made to some general economic terminology in order to make the necessary link with the economic analysis described in this study. The third chapter describes the methodology used for the analysis and comparison of the financial data. In the fourth chapter there is the presentation and analysis of the economic data, the presentation of groups of countries which are tested for convergence of the prices of the following agrifoods: fruit, vegetables, milk, meat, fish, bread, oil and foods and as a conclusion the results of this tests. The fifth chapter describes and comments on the conclusions arising from the evaluation of the test results of price convergence. At the end of this study there is the used bibliography. | el_GR |
