| dc.description.abstract | Ξεκινώντας την παρούσα διατριβή, σκοπός του συγγραφέα είναι να δώσει επαρκή στοιχεία για την εξέλιξη της οικονομίας, των επιχειρήσεων, της ανάπτυξης και πώς όλα τα παραπάνω δεν θα σταματήσουν να επηρεάζουν αρνητικά το φυσικό περιβάλλον. Αυτό το κίνητρο έχει οδηγήσει και τους επιστήμονες στην ανακάλυψη και εφαρμογή νέων καινοτομιών οι οποίες περιορίζουν σημαντικά τις αρνητικές επιπτώσεις στην χλωρίδα και την πανίδα ενώ ταυτόχρονα αποφέρουν οικονομικά οφέλη στις επιχειρήσεις. Σημαντικό επίσης, να κατανοηθεί μέσω της παρούσας εργασίας πως οι εταιρείες με κοινωνική υπευθυνότητα εδώ και πολλά χρόνια αντιλαμβάνονται την αναγκαιότητα εφαρμογής όλων αυτών των καινοτομιών. Στην περίπτωση του τουρισμού, η ανάλυση και η συσχέτιση της πράσινης εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας με το περιβαλλοντικό αντίκτυπο καθώς και το πώς λειτουργούν οι πράσινες προμήθειες στον κλάδο θα μας απασχολήσει περισσότερο. Επιπλέον, είναι ζωτικής σημασίας να αναδειχθούν τα οφέλη που μπορεί να αποκτήσει μια επιχείρηση μετρώντας το αποτέλεσμα των δραστηριοτήτων της.
Ο αναγνώστης θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να κατανοήσει ορισμούς που σχετίζονται με το αντικείμενο της μελέτης. Επιπλέον, η ολοκληρωμένη παρουσίαση εννοιών όπως οι ¨εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα¨, ¨πράσινη εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα¨, ¨κυκλική οικονομία¨ θα δώσει εφόδια σε όποιον ξεκινήσει να μελετά το παρόν κείμενο για να κατανοήσει το περιεχόμενο χωρίς να έχει ακαδημαϊκές γνώσεις επί του θέματος.
Το βασικότερο σημείο, είναι, ολοκληρώνοντας αυτή την προσπάθεια, να μπορούμε να βγάλουμε συμπεράσματα που θα βασίζονται στην αναγκαιότητα της εφαρμογής της πράσινης εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας στον τουρισμό.
Είναι ασφαλής η εφαρμογή της πράσινης εφοδιαστική αλυσίδας στο τουρισμό ή κατά πόσο είναι έτοιμη μια επιχείρηση που δραστηριοποιείται στον κλάδο να πάρει το ρίσκο; Είναι βιώσιμη μια τέτοια προσπάθεια; | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | Starting the present dissertation, the intention of the writer is to give sufficient data on the advance of economy, businesses, development and that all the above won't stop affecting the natural environment negatively. This motivation has led scientists to the discovery and implementation of new innovations which restrict negative impact on flora and fauna significantly while, at the same time, they bring financial benefits to businesses. Also important through this project ,is that we comprehend that the companies with social responsibility have for many years apprehended the necessity of the implementation of these innovations. In the case of tourism, the analysis and interrelation of the green supply chain with the environmental impact, as well as how green supply functions in the domain will be of more concern. Furthermore, it is of vital importance to point out the benefits a company can acquire, taking into account the results of its activities. The reader will have the opportunity to comprehend terms which have to do with the subject of the study. Moreover, the complete presentation of terms like ''supply chain'' ''green supply chain'' ''cyclical economy'' will provide with knowledge anyone who will start studying the present text to comprehend the content without having any academic knowledge on the subject. The most important point, is, finalizing this attempt, to be able to draw conclusions based on the necessity of the implementation of the green supply chain on tourism.
