| dc.description.abstract | Η αγορά φαρμάκων σε παγκόσμιο, ευρωπαϊκό και εθνικό επίπεδο είναι μια δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη αγορά.
Οι παράγοντες που προσδιορίζουν την ζήτηση φαρμάκων είναι ίδιοι με αυτούς στις υπηρεσίες υγείας. Εκτός αυτού οι δύο αγορές εμφανίζουν έντονη θετική συσχέτιση καθώς η αγορά φαρμάκου είναι συμπληρωματική αυτής των υπηρεσιών υγείας.
Στην Ελλάδα ο ρολος που παίζει το κράτος είναι σημαντικός μια και μέσα απο ένα λεπτομερές θεσμικό πλαίσιο ελέγχει και ρυθμίζει αυτήν την αγορά.
H μέθοδος τιμοδότησης που εφαρμόζεται δε φαίνεται να λαμβάνει υπόψη τα δίαφορα δίκτυα διανομής των φαρμάκων στις χώρες που εξετάζουμε (π.χ. έλλειψη χονδρέμπορων), με αποτέλεσμα ο υπολογισμός της ex-factory τιμής να μην είναι και ο πιο αντιπροσωπευτικός, για το σύστημα διανομής που εφαρμόζεται στην Ελλάδα.
Η διπλωματική εργασία είχε ως σκοπό την ανάλυση του τομέα υγείας και ειδικότερα την διαμόρφωση της τιμολόγησης των φαρμάκων στην Ελλάδα. Για να κατανοήσουμε περισσότερο και καλύτερα το σύστημα τιμολόγησης φαρμάκων στην Ελλάδα αναλύσαμε τις διαδικασίες τιμολόγησης φαρμάκων σε διάφορες περιοχές του πλανήτη και συγκρίναμε τις διαδικασίες των χωρών που επιλέξαμε με την Ελλάδα.
Η εργασία μας τέλος προτείνει την λήψη κατάλληλων μέτρων για την αλλαγή του τρόπου τιμολόγησης και τα οποία θα μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν στην καθιέρωση ενός όσο γίνεται πιο αντικειμενικού τρόπου καθορισμόυ των φαρμάκων στην Ελλάδα. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The global, European, and national market for medicines is a rapidly growing market.
The factors that determine the demand for medicines are the same as those of health services. In addition, the two markets show a strong positive correlation as the purchase of medicine is complementary to that of health services.
The role of the state in Greece when it comes to drug pricing is very important since through a detailed institutional framework it controls and regulates this market.
The current pricing method does not seem to take into account the diversity of drug distribution networks in the countries under consideration (eg lack of wholesalers), with the result that the calculation of the ex-factory price is not representative, in many cases, for the distribution system applied in Greece.
The purpose of this dissertation was to provide an analysis of the health sector and especially of the drug pricing and access market in Greece. To better understand the drug pricing system in Greece, we analyzed the drug pricing procedures in different parts of the world and compared the procedures of the countries we selected with those in Greece.
Finally, our work proposes the taking of measures regarding the differentiation of the pricing method which were analyzed in the context of the present work and which aim at establishing a more objective way of pricing drugs in Greece. | el_GR |
