| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διατριβή ερευνήθηκε η εφαρμογή των αρχών της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας στην κατεύθυνση της εκτίμησης και ανάλυσης του επαγγελματικού κινδύνου στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον των πρατηρίων καυσίμων και ενέργειας. Κύριοι άξονες της διατριβής υπήρξαν ο εντοπισμός των πηγών κινδύνου για την ασφάλεια των εργαζομένων και των πελατών στον χώρο εργασίας του πρατηρίου, η εκτίμηση των συνεπειών έκθεσης στους κινδύνους αυτούς, η ανάλυση των εργαλείων , των μέσων και των διαδικασιών στα πλαίσια της πρόληψης και της αντιμετώπισης περιστατικών ασφάλειας .
Για την παρούσα έρευνα χρησιμοποιήθηκαν τα εργαλεία ολικής ποιότητας Της Διεύθυνσης Υγιεινής, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος μιας εταιρείας Εμπορίας Πετρελαιοειδών . Μέσα από την συμπλήρωση ειδικών ερωτηματολογίων (checklists) στο σύνολο των ιδιολειτουργούμενων πρατηρίων της εταιρείας, την επεξεργασία και ανάλυσή τους, έγινε εφικτό να εντοπιστούν οι ανασφαλείς καταστάσεις, να κατηγοριοποιηθούν σε ομάδες αναλόγως τον βαθμό επικινδυνότητάς τους και εν τέλει να προκύψουν προτάσεις προς την Διεύθυνση της εταιρείας για την βελτίωση της εικόνας των πρατηρίων της σε όλη την επικράτεια.
Εν τέλει, με την εφαρμογή του εν λόγω συστήματος Ολιστικής Ασφάλειας στα πρατήρια της εταιρείας, δηλαδή ενός συστήματος λειτουργικής ασφάλειας που εμπλέκει όλο το προσωπικό και αναθέτει σε εργαζόμενους όλων των βαθμίδων συγκεκριμένους ρόλους, ενισχύθηκε η δέσμευση της Διοίκησης της εταιρείας στα θέματα ασφάλειας και η συμμετοχή όλων των εργαζομένων στα θέματα αυτά, διότι η ασφαλής λειτουργία σε κάθε χώρο εργασίας αποτελεί υπόθεση όλων. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | In the present thesis the application of the principles of the Total Quality Management was investigated, regarding the estimation and analysis of occupational hazards in the working environment of petrol and energy service stations. The main sectors of the thesis were the identification of the sources of risk for the safety of the employees and the customers in the service station workplace, the evaluation of the exposure effects to these hazards, the analysis of the means and procedures, concerning the prevention and handling of safety incidents.
For the above research, the Total Quality tools of the Directorate of Health, Safety and Environment of an Oil Trading Company were implemented. Through the completion of safety checklists in the fleet of the company's self-operated service stations, their processing and analysis, it became feasible to identify hazardous situations, to categorize them in groups regarding their occupational hazard rate and finally to suggest proposals to the management of the company for the improvement of the status of its service stations nationwide.
Ιn conclusion, through the implementation of the above Total Quality Safety System at the company's service stations, i.e. through a safety management system that implicates the body of the staff and assigns specific tasks to employees of all levels, the commitment of the company's management regarding safety issues and the participation of all employees in these issues has been strengthened, because safety and health in workplaces is a matter of the utmost importance for all. | el_GR |
