| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι η –όσο το δυνατό- λεπτομερής προσέγγιση του τουριστικού τομέα στην Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου. Από τη συλλογή στοιχείων και την αποτύπωση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης έχουν εξαχθεί τα αποτελέσματα που αναδεικνύουν τις προοπτικές ανάπτυξης του τουριστικού τομέα στην Ήπειρο. Με αυτό τον τρόπο έχει επιλεχθεί η βέλτιστη στρατηγική προώθησης του τουριστικού προϊόντος για το μέλλον.
Η μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιείται για τη συλλογή των απαραίτητων στοιχείων, προκειμένου να εξαχθούν ασφαλή συμπεράσματα από την έρευνα, βασίζεται σε ιστότοπους διαφόρων φορέων της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου (όπως Ελληνικός Οργανισμός Τουρισμού, Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου, Δήμοι, Επιμελητήρια, SETE κλπ.), σε συνεντεύξεις καθώς και στην παροχή στοιχείων από στελέχη των ανωτέρω φορέων. Επίσης έχει συνδυαστεί με τη μελέτη βιβλιογραφίας που αφορά το στάδιο της ανάπτυξης του τουριστικού τομέα της περιοχής και τις μελλοντικές προοπτικές.
Συνεπώς η εκπόνηση της παρούσας έρευνας επιχειρεί να συμβάλει στη μακροπρόθεσμη τουριστική ανάπτυξη της Ηπείρου, μέσω της απεικόνισης της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης, της καταγραφής του γεωγραφικού ανάγλυφου και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις παραμέτρους αυτές, έχουν εξαχθεί συμπεράσματα ως προς τα είδη τουρισμού που μπορούν να αναπτυχθούν ή αν έχουν ήδη αναπτυχθεί στην περιοχή, να αποτυπωθεί το στάδιο ανάπτυξής τους. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of the research is -as far as possible- a detailed approach of the tourism sector in the Region of Epirus. From the collection of data and the portrayal of the existing situation, the results elicited highlight the development prospects of the tourism sector in Epirus. In this way, an optimal strategy of promoting touristic products in the future will be chosen.
The methodology, which was used to collect the required data in order to elicit accurate conclusions from the research, is based on websites of various bodies of the Epirus District (such as Greek Tourist Organization, Epirus Region, Municipalities, Chambers, SETE, etc.), on interviews and also on the provision of data from executives of the above mentioned bodies. In addition, it will be combined with the study of bibliography concerning the stages of development of the tourism sector of the region and future prospects.
Therefore, the elaboration of this research will attempt to contribute to the long term tourism development in Epirus, through the illustration of the existing situation, the recording of the geographical bas-relief and taking into account these parameters, conclusions will be given as to the types of tourism which could be developed, or, if these have already been developed to report the stage of their development. | el_GR |
