| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή πραγματεύεται την εργασία των ατόμων με αναπηρία και επικεντρώνεται στον τομέα της διοίκησης οργανισμών κι επιχειρήσεων. Ξεκινά με μία παγκόσμια ιστορική αναδρομή από τα προϊστορικά χρόνια μέχρι σήμερα, αναφέροντας τα σημαντικότερα γεγονότα και στη συνέχεια αναλύονται οι νόμοι που έχουν ψηφιστεί στην Ελλάδα και σχετίζονται με τα άτομα με αναπηρία, εμμένοντας ωστόσο σε αυτούς που αφορούν την εργασία. Ακολουθεί η ποσοτική έρευνα που βασίζεται σε ερωτηματολόγια απαντημένα μέσω διαδικτύου, τόσο από γονείς παιδιών με αναπηρία όσο και από εργαζόμενους με αναπηρία. Οι ερωτήσεις είναι σχετικές με την εργασία των ατόμων με αναπηρία, την κατάσταση που επικρατεί στην Ελλάδα σήμερα και τις εκτιμήσεις για το μέλλον. Ανάλογες είναι οι ερωτήσεις σχετικά με την Ευρώπη, κάτι που συμβαίνει για να γίνουν συγκρίσεις και να εξαχθούν συμπεράσματα. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν, οι περιορισμοί που υπήρξαν ενώ γίνονται προτάσεις για ανάλογες έρευνες στο μέλλον. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | This dissertation has to do with the way that people with disabilities work –or try to work- especially in the area of business administration. It starts with a historical perspective from the prehistoric years until nowadays, mentioning the most important incidents. Following, there is a reference to the most important laws which have been enacted the last decades in Greece, specialized to the parts that are refered to the employment. The second part of the dissertation features some questionnaires that were answered through internet. The questionnaires are referred to parents of kids with different kinds of disabilities, as far as their kids´ future employment. There were also a questionnaire which is referred to adults with disabilities who work. The questions had to do with the way that persons with disabilities work in Greece, their thoughts on this issue and the thoughts of the parents of minor persons with disabilities. The same as above take place in order to compare the answers, as far as the conditions in Europe. Finally there are the conclusions that were drawn, the restrictions of this research and the proposals for this kind of research which are going to take place in the future. | el_GR |
