| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας Μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής είναι η έρευνα πάνω στην εφαρμογή εργαλείων της Λιτής Παραγωγής στην Σύγχρονη Βιομηχανία παραγωγής πλαστικού έγχυσης, να αναδείξει τα προβλήματα που υφίστανται και ποια σειρά είναι ιδανική να τηρηθεί ώστε να υπάρξει ουσιαστική βελτίωση. Υπάρχει αρχικά μία γενική αναφορά στην Λιτή Παραγωγή, όπου αναφέρονται οι κεντρικοί πυλώνες της, της σπατάλης και του σεβασμού στον άνθρωπο και τα διάφορα είδη προβλημάτων που μπορεί κάποιος να συναντήσει. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται μία περιγραφή του συστήματος ‘’Αλλαγή καλουπιού σε ένα λεπτό’’ και μία Ιστορική αναδρομή. Ακολουθεί μία περιγραφή της εξεταζόμενης βιομηχανίας και στην συνέχεια αναδεικνύονται τα προβλήματα που υπάρχουν. Βασικό πρόβλημα, το οποίο προκύπτει είναι ο μεγάλος χρόνος που απαιτείται για την αλλαγή των καλουπιών στις πρέσες. Από το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα αναδύονται 3 βασικά ερευνητικά ερωτήματα, για τα οποία ο συγγραφέας της παρούσας διατριβής καλείται να ερευνήσει. Για την διεξαγωγή της έρευνας, οι μεθοδολογίες που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ήταν η Μελέτη περίπτωσης, κατά την οποία μελετήθηκε ένα συγκεκριμένο πεδίο, η Σύγκριση με παρόμοιες εφαρμογές, αλλά επίσης έγινε SWOT ανάλυση, ώστε να αναζητηθούν δυνατά και αδύνατα στοιχεία της βιομηχανίας, καθώς και οι ευκαιρίες και απειλές που ενδέχεται να υπάρξουν. Μετά από διερεύνηση της μελέτης περίπτωσης και την συλλογή στοιχείων, πραγματοποιήθηκε ανάλυση των πρωτογενών αποτελεσμάτων, κατά την οποία εμφανίστηκαν σημεία, τα οποία έχρηζαν άμεσης βελτίωσης. Βελτιωτικές ενέργειες υλοποιούνται καθόλη την διάρκεια της μελέτης και αναδεικνύουν με την σειρά τους τις δυσκολίες που ενδέχεται να εμφανιστούν κατά την εφαρμογή τους και πως αυτές εξαλείφονται. Τέλος παρατίθενται τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, τα οποία αφορούν σημαντικές βελτιώσεις και επαληθεύουν την ορθότητα των αποφάσεων που έχουν ληφθεί όλο αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα για τις βελτιωτικές ενέργειες, καθώς ανοίγουν καινούργια πεδία έρευνας στην Βιομηχανία. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this Master's thesis is the research on the application of tools of Lean Manufacturing in the Modern Plastic Injection Industry, to indicate the problems that exist and with which order is ideal to be observed in order to have a substantial improvement. There is initially a general reference to Lean Manufacturing, which mentions its central pillars, waste and respect for man and the various kinds of problems that one may encounter. Then a description follows of the system "Single Minute Exchange of Die" as well as a Historical background. Next a description is given of the industry in question and then the existing problems are highlighted. The main problem that arises is the long time required to change the molds in the presses. Of the given problem, three main research questions emerge, for which the author of this dissertation is called to investigate. For the conduct of the research, the methodologies used were the Case Study, in which a specific field was studied, the Comparison with similar applications, while a SWOT analysis was also performed, in order to know the strong and weak elements of the industry, as well as the opportunities and threats that may exist. After investigating the case study and collecting data, an analysis of the primary results was performed, during which points appeared, which needed immediate improvement. Improvements are implemented throughout the study and in turn highlight the difficulties that may occur during their implementation and how they are eliminated. Finally, the results of the research are presented, which concern significant improvements and verify the correctness of the decisions that have been taken all this time for the improvement actions, as they open new fields of research in the Industry. | el_GR |
