| dc.description.abstract | Ο στόχος της μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής είναι να εξετάσει τα θηλυκά επαγγελματικά ονόματα σε σχέση με το στοιχείο [+/- λόγιο]. Η προσέγγιση του θέματος είναι κοινωνιογλωσσολογική – στατιστική και στοχεύει στη συσχέτιση κοινωνιογλωσσολογικών μεταβλητών και την ανίχνευση των στάσεων των ομιλητών τις γλώσσας απέναντι στη θηλυκοποίηση των επαγγελματικών ονομάτων με δημοτικά επιθήματα. Μελετάται η ποικιλότητα, δηλαδή οι εναλλακτικοί τύποι (επαγγελματικά θηλυκά με λόγια κατάληξη ή όχι) σε σχέση με τις κοινωνικές ομάδες και την περίσταση επικοινωνίας και το ενδεχόμενο της γλωσσικής αλλαγής. Μετά από μια βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση του θέματος, διεξάγεται έρευνα με τη μορφή ερωτηματολογίων που μοιράστηκαν και απαντήθηκαν από ιατρούς, νοσηλευτές, διοικητικούς υπαλλήλους και εργαζόμενους παραϊατρικών επαγγελμάτων διαφόρων ηλικιών στο Νοσοκομείο ΠΓΝΘ ΑΧΕΠΑ (κοινότητα πρακτικής) και έπειτα από στατιστική επεξεργασία των δεδομένων, αναφέρονται και σχολιάζονται τα αποτελέσματά της. Τέλος, εξετάζεται το πρόβλημα του γλωσσικού σεξισμού (αντανάκλαση των σχέσεων εξουσίας των δύο φύλων στη γλώσσα) και προτείνονται τρόποι αντιμετώπισής του. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of the master’s thesis is to examine the professional feminine nouns in relation to element [+/- literary]. The approach of the issue is sociolinguistic – statistical and aims to correlate sociolinguistic variables and to identify the attitude of Greek language speakers towards the feminization of professional nouns with demotic suffixes. Diversity is examined, namely the alternative types (professional feminine nouns with literary suffixes or not) in relation to social groups, communicational condition and language change. Moreover, a bibliographical overview of the subject is followed and then a research with questionnaires is being carried out. The questionnaires have been distributed and have been answered by doctors, nurses, administrators and medical visitors of various ages at AHEPA Hospital of Thessaloniki (community of practice). After statistical data being processed, its results are mentioned and then analyzed. Finally, the issue of linguistic sexism (a reflection of the power relations of the sexes in the language) is examined and ways of dealing with it are suggested. | el_GR |
