| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της εκπόνησης της διατριβής αυτής είναι η περιγραφή των συστημάτων εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης ανά τον κόσμο καθώς και οι σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται μεταξύ των διαπλεκόμενων μερών μέσα σε ένα τέτοιο σύστημα. Αν και ο στόχος κάθε εταιρίας είναι η μεγιστοποίηση του κέρδους της, οι ομάδες που αποτελούν την εταιρία έχουν ως στόχο τη μεγιστοποίηση των δικαιωμάτων τους και την ικανοποίηση των αναγκών τους. Το πρόβλημα της αντιπροσώπευσης είναι ευρέως γνωστό ανά τον κόσμο και κατά την πορεία της λειτουργίας μίας εταιρίας, αναπτύσσονται διάφορες αμφιλεγόμενες τακτικές εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης οι οποίες επιδιώκουν την επίτευξη των επιμέρους στόχων αυτών των ομάδων μέσα στην εταιρία. | dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of the conduction of this dissertation is not only to describe the systems of the corporate governance of a company on an international level but also the relations developed among the entangled parts in this particular system. Even if the ultimate goal of any company is to maximize its profit, the groups that constitute the company itself aim to the maximizing of their rights and the gratification of their needs. The representation issue is common knowledge globally thus at the course of a company’s function, several ambiguous governance methods of individual parties are developed aiming to support their individual goals.
