| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος αυτής της μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής ήταν να διερευνηθεί το φαινόμενο της παρανόησης κατά την προφορική γλωσσική επικοινωνία μεταξύ φυσικών ομιλητών της Κοινής Νέας Ελληνικής, να αναδειχθούν οι μηχανισμοί που λειτουργούν κατά την εμφάνιση του φαινομένου και να εκτιμηθεί η επίδρασή του στην ποιότητα της ανθρώπινης επικοινωνίας. Για το σκοπό αυτό χρησιμοποιήθηκε η μέθοδος της παρατήρησης, η οποία οδήγησε στην καταγραφή και στη μελέτη παρανοήσεων που προέκυψαν σε καθημερινές ανεπίσημες συνομιλίες και σε δημόσιες συζητήσεις που αναμεταδίδονταν τηλεοπτικά. Επίσης καταγράφηκαν τα περιστατικά παρανόησης που εμφανίζονται σε αντίστοιχες συνομιλίες που συμπεριλαμβάνονται στο Corpus Προφορικού Λόγου του Ινστιτούτου Νεοελληνικών Σπουδών (Ιδρύματος Μανόλη Τριανταφυλλίδη).
Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων οδήγησε στο συμπέρασμα ότι κατά κανόνα η παρανόηση γίνεται αντιληπτή και συνήθως επιδιώκεται και επιτυγχάνεται η επίλυσή της από τους συνομιλητές με γλωσσικά μέσα, οπότε η ποιότητα της επικοινωνίας δεν μεταβάλλεται. Για την υπέρβαση της παρανόησης φαίνεται να είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντική η αποσαφήνιση του νοήματος κατά τον ομιλητή από τον ίδιο τον ομιλητή. Ωστόσο η πλήρης μελἐτη του φαινομένου προϋποθέτει από τη μια τη διεξαγωγή ποσοτικής έρευνας και από την άλλη τη συνδρομή των κοινωνικών επιστημών. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of this M.A. dissertation was the investigation of the phenomenon of misunderstanding during oral linguistic communication between natural speakers of Modern Greek, the emergence of the mechanisms that function when the phenomenon arises and the evaluation of its influence on the quality of human communication. For this purpose we used the method of observation through which we noted down and studied misunderstandings that occured in everyday unofficial conversations and public conversations that were broadcasted on television programs. Moreover we noted down misunderstandings that occur in similar conversations which are included in the Corpus of Spoken Greek of the Institute of Modern Greek Studies (Manolis Triandaphyllidis Foundation).
Data analysis led to the conclusion that misunderstanding is typically noticed and the interlocutors usually aim at solving it by linguistic means, so communication quality does not change. It seems that the clarification of the speaker meaning by the speaker himself is especially important in order for the misunderstanding to be overcome. However, a complete study of the phenomenon requires a quantitative research on the one hand and the contribution of social sciences on the other. | el_GR |
