| dc.description.abstract | Η εργασία θα κάνει μια γενική επισκόπηση στον κλάδο της πολιτιστικής διαχείρισης. Θα εστιάσει στην τοπική κοινωνία της Πάφου, μέσα από τον θεσμό της Πολιτιστικής Πρωτεύουσας (αναπτυξιακά και ενεργειακά έργα) και πως αυτά ανταποκρίνονται στον τομέα της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. Με απώτερο σκοπό να εξετάσει πως η τοπική κοινωνία αντιμετωπίζει τις εξελίξεις και πως οι εξελίξεις επηρεάζουν την τοπική κοινωνία. Η τοπική κοινωνία συνδέεται άμεσα και με τις έννοιες της πολιτισμικής διαχείρισης και της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. Με την έννοια της πολιτισμικής διαχείρισης συνδέεται ως προς το ότι η δημιουργία, ανάπτυξη και προστασία του πολιτισμού, που κατά βάση έργο και ευθύνη της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Με την έννοια της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης συνδέεται λόγω του ότι η βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη αφορά πρωτίστως την τοπική κοινωνία.
Στόχος του παρόντος συγγράμματος είναι η μελέτη της σχέσης ανάμεσα στην πολιτισμική διαχείριση, την τοπική κοινωνία και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.
Ανάλυση της Πολιτιστικής Διαχείρισης και των μηχανισμών που την επηρεάζουν, αλλά και τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά της, κατά πόσον η τοπική κοινωνία μπορεί να την αξιοποιήσει και σε ποιο στάδιο βρίσκεται η διαχείριση αυτή. Κατά πόσον ανταποκρίνεται στο παγκόσμιο μοντέλο βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The project will give a general overview in the field of cultural management. It will focus on the local community of Paphos, through the institution of the European Capital of Culture (development and energy projects) and how they relate to sustainable development. The ultimate objective is to examine how local society participates and is included in international developments and how these developments affect the local community. Local society is also directly associated with the concepts of cultural management and sustainable development. In terms of cultural management, it is linked to the creation, development and protection of the culture, which is basically the task and responsibility of the local community. The concept of sustainable development is linked to the fact that sustainable development is primarily linked and affects the local society.
The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between cultural management, local society and sustainable development.
It will analyse cultural management and the mechanisms that affect it, as well as its specific characteristics.
