| dc.description.abstract | Οι επιχειρήσεις σ’ όλο τον κόσμο έχουν ήδη αντιληφθεί, ότι η έννοια της ‘’ποιότητας’’ αφενός μεν, θεωρείται από τον πελάτη ένα από τα σημαντικότερα στοιχεία για τις επιλογές του, αφετέρου δε, αποτελεί πρωτεύοντα παράγοντα για την επίτευξη του ανταγωνιστικού πλεονεκτήματος έναντι των άλλων επιχειρήσεων. Παράγοντες όπως, το διεθνές εμπόριο, οι νέες τεχνολογίες και οι μεθοδολογίες, έχουν αυξήσει την πίεση στις επιχειρήσεις προκειμένου να παράγουν ποιοτικά προϊόντα - υπηρεσίες σε ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Σε απάντηση αυτών των πιέσεων που ασκούνται, πολλές επιχειρήσεις τόσο του βιομηχανικού τομέα, όσο και του τομέα παροχής υπηρεσιών, έχουν υιοθετήσει τις αρχές Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας.
Σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής είναι η διερεύνηση της εφαρμογής των αρχών της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας σε επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στην βιομηχανία χάρτου. Στο πρώτο μέρος της διατριβής, παρουσιάζονται συνοπτικά οι αρχές της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας, οι λόγοι και τα εμπόδια εφαρμογής αυτών και οι θεωρίες των γκουρού της ΔΟΠ. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, ύστερα από μελέτη ξενόγλωσσης και ελληνικής βιβλιογραφίας, αποτυπώνονται έρευνες σχετικά με την υλοποίηση των αρχών της ΔΟΠ σε επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στον κλάδο της βιομηχανίας. Ο καθορισμός του δείγματος των επιχειρήσεων, του πρωτοκόλλου έρευνας και των διαδικασιών συλλογής και ανάλυσης των δεδομένων, αποτελούν το τρίτος μέρος της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διατριβής, συνθέτοντας τα στάδια που δομούν το μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο της έρευνας μελετών περιπτώσεων.
Τα αποτελέσματα της συγκεκριμένης ερευνητικής προσέγγισης παρουσιάζονται σε δύο επίπεδα: α) ανάλυση των περιπτώσεων κατά μόνας (within case analysis) και β) συνδυαστική ανάλυση των περιπτώσεων (cross case analysis). Τα αποτελέσματα της συνδυαστικής ανάλυσης έχουν ως κύριο στόχο αφενός μεν να αποτυπώσουν στο μέγιστο βαθμό τις ομοιότητες που εντοπίζονται κατά την εφαρμογή των αρχών της ΔΟΠ, αφετέρου δε τον καθορισμό διαφοροποιήσεων των πρακτικών της ΔΟΠ στην παραγωγική διαδικασία της κάθε περίπτωσης. Στο τέλος παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας και οι προτάσεις βελτίωσης των διαδικασιών παραγωγής, καταδεικνύοντας την αναγκαιότητα της εφαρμογής των αρχών της ΔΟΠ. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | Enterprises all around the world have already realized that the concept of “quality” on the one hand is considered by the customer to be one of the most significant elements of for its choices and, on the other hand, quantity is a significant factor in achieving a competitive advantage over the others. Factors such as the international commerce, the new technologies and methodologies have increased the pressure on the companies in order to produce even more quality products and services in competitive prices. Many companies in both the industrial and service sectors, in order to come up with this increasing pressure have adopted the Total Quality Management Principles.
The purpose of the particular postgraduate dissertation is the investigation of the Total Quality Management Principles appliance in paper - industry companies. In the first part of the dissertation are presented in brief the Principles of the Total Quality Management, the reasons and obstacles for which these Principles are applied and the theory of the gurus of Total Quality Management. In the second part, after studying foreign and Greek bibliography as well are illustrated surveys on the implementation of the Total Quality Management Principles in the industrial companies. The determination of the sample of the enterprises, the investigation protocol and the procedures of the data collection and analysis are the third part of this postgraduate dissertation, composing the stages that structure the methodological framework of the case studies.
The results of the particular research approach are presented at two levels: a) Within cases analysis and b) Cross cases analysis. The results of cross cases analysis have as main target, on the one hand, to capture that best reflect the similarities identified in cases in which the Total Quality Management Principles are applied, on the other hand, to determine the variations of the Total Quality Management Principles practice in the production process of each case. In the end are presented the conclusions of the survey and the proposals for improving the production process, demonstrating the importance of applying the Total Quality Management Principles. | el_GR |
