| dc.description.abstract | Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στην σημασία του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και των τραπεζικών υπαλλήλων στην λειτουργία των τραπεζών και τον ρόλο που διαδραματίζουν στην αντιμετώπιση των ανταγωνιστικών πιέσεων που επήλθαν από την οικονομική κρίση και την εφαρμογή των capital controls . Αναλύονται οι μέθοδοι και η σημασία που δείχνουν οι διοικήσεις των ΔΑΔ των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων στην εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση των εργαζομένων με τα κατάλληλα εφόδια ώστε να ανταπεξέλθουν στις σύγχρονες απαιτήσεις. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται περιγραφή των επιπτώσεων των περιοριστικών διατάξεων στην ελληνική οικονομία, στις τράπεζες και στις αλλαγές που επέφεραν στον τρόπο λειτουργίας τους. Γίνεται αναφορά στη σημασία των τραπεζών στην ανάπτυξη της εγχώριας οικονομίας και τους νέους ρόλους που δημιούργησαν για να επαναφέρουν την εμπιστοσύνη των Ελλήνων καταθετών και επιχειρήσεων. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η τεχνολογική ανάπτυξη που βιώνουν οι τράπεζες καθώς και το μέλλον του δικτύου καταστημάτων και του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας, παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα εμπειρικής έρευνας που διενεργήθηκε σε καταστήματα του δικτύου της τράπεζας Πειραιώς, με την χρήση ερωτηματολογίου και αφορά στις αλλαγές που επέφεραν τα capital controls στους τρόπους που η ΔΑΔ προσπαθεί να αντιμετωπίσει αυτές τις αλλαγές, καθώς και στην άποψη των εργαζομένων σχετικά με τις τεχνολογικές εξελίξεις και το μέλλον των θέσεων εργασίας. | el_GR |

| dc.description.translatedabstract | The first part of this literature review analyzes the importance of human resources and the bank clerks, for the proper function of the banks and the role that they play in the confrontation of the competitor’s pressure, because of the financial crisis and the implement of capital controls. What is analyzed at this essay is the great emphasis that the HR administration of the banks shows for the education and the equipment of their employees with the necessary tools that they will need to face the impending demands and as well as the methods which they use to provide them. In addition, this essay describes the consequences of the restrictive regimes to the Greek economy & banks and the changes that were induced on their operation. There is also a reference to the significance of banks for the development of the national economy and the new roles which they have created to regain the trust of the Greek depositors and the enterprises. Finally, the essay presents the technological spread that banks experience well as the future of the branch network and the human resources. During the second half of this essay, the results of the empirical research, that was conducted in some stores of the network of “Piraeus Bank”, are presented through a questioner. This is referred to the changes which were induced by the capital controls, the process that the HR uses to cope with these changes and finally, the opinion of the employees about the technological developments and the future of their working positions. | el_GR |
